Delivery Dudes - Food Delivery Reviews

Almost every other delivery app has the ability to message your driver. For those of us who live in addresses that are hard to find i have many times had to walk out to the street to flag down the drive. With Uber eats I can just message the driver and never have issues. Please add this feature!

I actually met the Founder of DeliveryDudes he’s a very interesting person and I was a huge fan almost instantly but after 3 years the truth is that these guys are not the big dogs in this industry so I can’t blame them.. they’re biggest problem for the consumers would be being inconsistent with their drivers sometimes you won’t even get a driver but if you do the ETA is between 1-4 hours so it’s also not the most convenient if you have to run out of the house that day to do chores. I hate saying this because their choices of restaurants are amazing and DeliveryDudes is really well designed but again the most important part for the consumers would be how efficient and how convenient the service is. And the service is their weakest part of their business model.
Also if u try to customize an order for example “no pickles” most times it won’t happen, you expect one meal and get a completely different meal which can leave the consumer with a sense of false expectation

DeliveryDudes is easy to use and does what it needs to, to get your order transmitted and in the works. What’s most amazing is the customer service behind the order. The Dudes really care about your order and getting it right. If there is any question about my order that other services would ignore or just guess on, they actually call and clarify to make sure I get what I want. If there is any problem or delay, they reach out and let me know so I have a heads up, or can work with them on a solution that fits me.

My first experience using Delivery Dudes could not have been better. Through a hands on approach, this industry leading team of Product Managers and Customer Service technicians helped facilitate all facets of my at home delivery experience. Their presence was felt right from the jump, and I could not thank Parker Rex enough for his tremendous work here. When you use DD you are not only getting the fine tuned product, but also the proficient team behind it.

The old app was perfectly fine and actually worked. Now all of my information has been erased. Payment method, address, previous orders, favorites, etc. I am trying to place an order after entering everything again and it’s telling me that I can’t place the order because it requires a password. I’m logged in! This doesn’t make any sense at all. Complete failure here. Now I have to find something else on another app to order. You have been my favorite of the delivery services up to this point, but now I’m not so sure about your reliability. Thanks for ruining something that was perfectly user friendly to begin with.

DeliveryDudes Store says DeliveryDudes should be compatible with my iPad but every time I try to launch it I get the opening splash page, then back to the desktop. It still shows as an open app, but I have to use the website to order anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but no difference. Please fix this, dudes! It’s very frustrating! It _used_ to work very well . . .

I needed something picked up at CVS. CVS would not deliver. It was not an expensive item but one I needed. In these times it is so helpful to be able to count on them to safely get you things you need in a timely fashion without any gouging. Hopefully, those that use the service show their appreciation by tipping well. I’ve used them twice but I’m going to start having them get my groceries next. Thank you Delivery Dudes

I’ve been ordering through Delivery Dudes several times a week for over a year. Orders are almost always anywhere from 15 mins to an hour past their estimated delivery time. I’m constantly burdened with calling customer service to check on order status. Customer service reps and supervisors are cavalier and do not offer solutions. They frequently suggest restaurants are the reason orders are delayed, when in fact drivers are often not yet assigned to pick up well past the delivery window. This company is clearly mismanaged and lacks transparency and accountability.

I love DeliveryDudes but it gets frustrating when you’re trying to find a specific food or type of food and it shows up with no results.

Practically every other food app has a feature that allows you to look at look for restaurants by what food they have, except delivery dudes.

I like the company and friends that own restaurants say their a pleasure to work with, but come on guys, catch up!

DeliveryDudes itself is pretty simple. I fill my cart and checkout just like any other delivery service. The reason I keep coming back to this service over the rest is the customer service. Anytime my order goes wrong they get everything taken care of for me. Not like the other guys who just give me my money back and leave me to reorder it myself.

First DeliveryDudes provides a delivery time they do not stand by. Once the time is exceeded there isn’t any notifications. Secondly you can’t track the driver like any other delivery app including Uber and Lyft. Next when your order is 45 minutes overdue and you call the number the person on the other end elevates with you and argues back. They can use customer service basics as this company seems to be run by a bunch of careless people who don’t realize the hand that feeds them. Definitely use Grubhub or DoorDash instead of this horrible excuse for a business.

Just ordered 2 dinners in 1 night because I was extremely hungry. It’s called a bang bang. DDs app has a great selection or restaurants, is user friendly even after a few drinks, and keeps you updated the whole time one of your meals is en route. 5 stars and two sauce covered thumbs up!

DeliveryDudes redesign removed sorting feature- now I have to scroll through the entire list of restaurants instead of being able to sort by various criteria. I am also no longer able to re-order with a single click from previous orders. The absence of this functionality creates a frustrating user experience. Please consider restoring these features!

Not bad app but wish there was an option to easily reorder previous orders. It feels like you’re starting from scratch every time you go into DeliveryDudes .

Will say DD customer service is good, and they are quick to take care of errors, adjust orders, call if there are problems with the restaurant, etc.

No other food delivery apps/services have a number you can call and speak to a human. They always have great promotions and work with great restaurants. Support small business and get better quality!!

I always order from them over anyone else. They truly understand what customer services and food care is. I can always identify who is doing my delivery by their shirt and expect my food hot and ready.

After a couple clicks of a button, I know that I can have food waiting on me after a long work day. The service is seamless and the restaurant selection local to me is the best by far. Do yourself a favor, delete Uber eats and get DD.

Why would a well-respected food delivery company release a new app that doesn’t work? The data used to replicate customer information is old and extremely glitchy. App defaults to addresses you used once while on vacation, ignoring the default home address. When food arrives, app tells you to go out and meet driver to pick up your food. Wait I thought this was a full door to door delivery service?? App deleted.

Whoever designed this is clearly an end user. It is streamlined start to finish and makes the process as smooth as possible. The layout makes turns hundreds of selections into a simple process. Well done!

If Da Vinci and Michelangelo were still around and happened to be engineers, this would be one of their finest works. Thanks for this update, it’s so easy to use and the tracking system works flawlessly.

App does what it needs to, nothing incredibly sexy. What really counts is the quality of the food when it arrived and the customer service I got when I interacted with the driver/local office. It’s awesome to be able to actually talk to someone instead of the ‘drive by’ service you get with the other guys. Thanks Dudes.

More of my local favorites than any other services.. As a customer of many years, their people are always on point and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

These people are great. They call me after I order when there is a problem within mins. I appreciate there customer service.

I love delivery dudes, they always have the friendliest drivers, and if I ever do have an issue I can just call them on the phone! It’s great to know that there are still companies out there that care.

Not every company has Uber money. I respect the underdog and love that these guys continue to hustle and make their products and services better and better.

Sooo much better than UberEats, Door Dash and all those heartless giants. They actually seem to care and put some personality into the service. Great company.
