A daily release of thoughts
Müse is so straight forward and powerful. If you are like me and wondering about everything that exists you are bound to love Müse to release thoughts you may not have known existed in you. It’s such a relief to be prompted to write rather than on a blank sheet. It can be short and quick or long and healing.

Easy and helpful!
Müse is good for answering daily questions like "What are three things you enjoyed today?" And "How can you improve?" I like the overall experience I've had so far. It's also easy to use, no ads, free, and takes up little space! Two thumbs up!

I love it!
I have anxiety attacks at night and this has definitely helped me to avoid them. Instead of thinking about negative things, Müse asks me questions that forces me to ask questions about myself and life. I love if!
