I downloaded FilterPop for a wedding. I paid $20 for a filter I created, which I thought was already pricey. The following day, I deleted FilterPop thinking that I was removing it entirely from my account. However, after looking in-depth at my bank statements, I have been paying $2.65 weekly for 3 months. I figured it was a charge that was appropriate for an account regarding my iPhone, but after calling Apple Support I realized I’ve paid close to $50 for FilterPop that I deleted long ago. I am upset that I have been charged for a weekly subscription and didn’t have knowledge of it. I pay attention to the apps I download, and I don’t pay for a single subscription...

I went to download FilterPop I am not even going to try to rate on my experience but I never got past login it kept just going back to the button “create account” which I was not happy about but soon after that I got an email telling me my login and I thought I don’t have one or why would they pick it out for me...? So I tried and it said “login already valid” so I was like who already has this login but me so I was very unpleased with that’s I recommend not downloading FilterPop it is a waste of time I never even got into FilterPop and already it was terrible!!!!

I downloaded FilterPop to make a geotag for my wedding. It seemed good at first, I was able to create a filter I liked. I was charged for a weekly renewal several times without approving it. Which I was fine with because I only needed it for the wedding. But then I paid $40 for a geotag that looked great on the preview but the top and bottom was cut off. Contacting the people in charge of FilterPop has been extremely difficult and I haven’t gotten a response back about this issue. Extremely disappointed with it all around

Not only is FilterPop unethical but due to zero information being displayed on any page to successfully unsubscribe to FilterPop, it is against all PCI Compliance standards. I hope you are aware this can and will result in the removal of your ability to accept payments through any card scheme, once reported. I intend to do so unless you respond with the proper way for us to unsubscribe to FilterPop OPENLY so the rest of us that don’t enjoy being billed for an app we didn’t want to subscribe to in the first place, can be rid of this annoyance permanently.

Downloaded FilterPop created a filter 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed location and time, paid for FilterPop with no issue. Day of... no filter!!! No way to contact customer service by phone. Submitted a request no reply. Now cannot even log on to my account nor reset password to get my money back. I have a filter EVERY year for this party, when I go directly thru SC. Never a issue. Tried to get fancy this year and use this app (more like FilterPoop) and had 100 people asking me where the filter was!!!!! #RunMeBackMyMoney!!!

Super easy to use! There are lots of templates to choose from and you can customize it even further. I made a few filters for my wedding and everyone loved them! Will be making more filters for friends' birthdays 😛

I made a surprise birthday Snapchat filter for my girlfriend and she loved it! I randomly stumbled upon FilterPop and am really glad I discovered it. Planning to try out some more filters, now that I'm a subscriber / and so far I'm enjoying it‼️

I am being charged weekly for FilterPop that I didn’t mean to download and deleted immediately! I was unaware of these charges until I checked my statement and saw a reoccurring charge of $2.99. At first I thought it was a charge for my data but after looking into it more deeply found that it was in fact FilterPop. Now I don’t know how to make it stop! Can anyone help? And I’m only giving 1 star bc I can’t leave it as none!

I can’t give a full review considering it wouldn’t even let me create an account. I kept putting in my email and a password and it would spin and nothing. I did this for about ten minutes with no prompt telling me anything and I’m not going to waste my time any longer so I give it one star for having some type of bug that needs fixing. I’ve got an iPhone 8 with current updates.

FilterPop is pretty great I love the filters but I don’t understand how to make your own filters but I don’t like that I don’t like any of there stickers really but I still think FilterPop is great in my opinion. Try it out:)❤️

I wish you don’t have to pay for anything because if I want to unlock a packet of sticker it’s says that I have to unlock this thing that would connect messages and Snapchat together. Umm.. I’m not about to pay $49 for a year that’s not good! I don’t recommend you to download app you ah e to pay for everything! 🤬😡

this wouldn’t let me create an account, most 5 star reviews were fake or just written a long time ago, after all a lot of reviews agree with me, I suggest you to not download as just a waste of your time trying to make an account, even if you get in FilterPop it needs money as stated in the other reviews. FilterPop is such a scam and rip off and apple is horrible for letting it go on!! After I bought a 60$$$$ filter that DID NOT work, I reached out to their support with no help! Then I deleted FilterPop and had no idea it was STILL charging me months almost a full year later!!!!! I hate this type of crap. How do I get this off my freaking phone!! No one cares to help or even care they’re doing people wrong.

I'm trying to complete my filter order but it won't locate me. Tried turning my wifi on and off. Tried using my own cell data. Tried restarting my phone. Checked if I needed to update FilterPop . Still not working. Error message says: "Location failed Unable to locate. Please try again later."
