App doesn’t load

2024-12-16

We’ve used this in the field over the last 6 months with no issues. Over the last week or so, AirbagRecall fails to load.
Engineering team in the works to diagnose these issues?

Just keeps telling me to re-enter info

2024-12-16

The problem seems to be with the web site more than AirbagRecall but till the site is corrected, AirbagRecall doesn’t help you. If I take a picture of the license plate AirbagRecall tells me that it can not find the VIN and to enter it manually. Doing that just circles back to enter the license. Using the web site site from two different browsers on my iMac brings the same result. This was tried with two different vehicles on both browsers and AirbagRecall but the results of it not being able to say if the vehicle needed repair or not was the same.

If the lack of info is supposed to mean the vehicle is safe then it should say so and not leave you hanging without a definite answer and not constantly just repeating the process over and over.

App crashes after the latest update

2024-12-16

AirbagRecall was very useful but since the latest update AirbagRecall now crashes all the time. Please fix this.

Tired of logging in

2024-12-16

It’s a neat and handy app, but it constantly logs you out and doesn’t remember your email address making logging in all the time tedious.

Easy way to feel safe

AirbagRecall is super intuitive and works perfectly for all the cars I have checked so far. Great way to feel at ease and put worries aside that I am fully informed about my vehicle and my friends and family’s vehicles.

Great app saving lives

Worked fine for 2 cars

2024-12-16

I entered both license plate numbers for our 2 cars and AirbagRecall reported no outstanding recall alerts for either vehicle. EZ Cheeze.

Peace of mind

It took under 3 minutes to download and check if I was in the airbag recall. Thank you!
