Kennedy Space Center Guide Reviews

Tried to get schedules for IMAX and other activities and when I clicked on the link for schedule it popped me to a page with all the items having schedules. Then click on the one I want and it takes me to a map?? Weird. Did that for all the links on the main schedules page. Also if you have to get away from KennedySpaceCenterGuide at any point you will automatically end up back on the hone page when you come back to it and have to restart the whole process again.

This is a poor app. Map zoom and drag is slow and inconsistent. There should be a listing of locations to click which highlight on the map. As it is, if you want to know where the IMAX is you have to click every star till you find the right one. “Search” under map takes you to a description but doesn’t tie back to the map. Using the map to actually locate a restroom is tricky since no buildings are labeled. An electronic app tells you to get a piece of paper for the daily schedule. Surely you can figure out how to link to the electrically?

The map is very hard to move which makes it very hard to see all the attractions.

If you have Sprint, don’t bother downloading this. This ”app” is really just a shell wrapped around API calls to the same data used on their website, it doesn’t exist in the application for offline usage. That simply means “no signal->no data”. Sprint coverage around the Daytona Beach/Cape Canaveral area varies from one bar to none, so you’ll just see an initial landing page image or a white screen if you click on a link (if the menu loads). If only they had some some smart, tech-knowledgeable people working there... wait a minute...

I spent an entire day trying to plan a visit. We live nearby so we don’t need transportation and there was nothing available that didn’t charge for transportation to and from Orlando. I called several times and no one understood what I was asking for because they didn’t speak English. So I guess we will find other things to do.

The entire experience of KennedySpaceCenterGuide is a picture of a man holding his daughter’s hand as they gaze at the rocket garden. Nothing else, no menu no options. I have a picture of my wife and I in the rocket garden I’d rather look at. I downloaded the KennedySpaceCenterGuide years ago and had a similar experience. I deleted it thinking it was just a glitch…..guess not!

The back button doesn’t work so the only way to navigate back is to exit KennedySpaceCenterGuide and restart it. The map won’t pan and the zoom is delayed. It has some useful info, but it’s easier just to use your browser and go to the website

App lists upcoming events at the Complex, lists all of the attractions, exhibits and experiences and has an interactive map to find it all. Pretty cool.

After downloading KennedySpaceCenterGuide , it won’t open or give me any menus or options. Even deleted KennedySpaceCenterGuide and tried again and still didn’t work. Tried joining the KSC wifi and still no luck. Also had geolocation turned on, but nothing...

You would think that NASA would have a functional app for KSC visitors, after all it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to create a useful app!! But sadly this is not the case as KennedySpaceCenterGuide is terrible and is more frustrating than it is helpful!

They have taken complaints in the reviews and added in support. Great application for visiting the space center.

App locks up on startup page and there are no links or menu. I sure hope the same person in charge of KennedySpaceCenterGuide is not in charge of anything to do with the space program.

Downloaded for the map feature but pinch zoom does not work and you cannot move the viewable image location. Map image is 70% parking lot. Hope NASA builds better space tech than visitor center apps.

KennedySpaceCenterGuide worked briefly and then froze up. After that, it would not open back up. I tried clearing the cache on the phone, as well as deleting and reinstalling KennedySpaceCenterGuide twice. Nothing worked. KennedySpaceCenterGuide needs serious fixing.

Sporting a iPhone X with iOS 14. App doesn’t work and appears to have not been updated in about 2 years. Don’t waste your time with KennedySpaceCenterGuide, nothing to see here !

KennedySpaceCenterGuide is so cool it will give you the louchison of all of the rides but I think this เｓ Ⓐ ＦⒶĆ𝐓 ๏𝓷𝓔

App is not that great. Basically a digital version of the printed maps that they give you at the ticket window. Navigation/location is awful. For an app designed by NASA, you’d think this would be better. KennedySpaceCenterGuide is basically useless.

Can’t even use KennedySpaceCenterGuide . Stuck on opening page

I cannot get KennedySpaceCenterGuide to work at all. Once I open KennedySpaceCenterGuide it does nothing else. No menu, no options to choose from…nothing.

KennedySpaceCenterGuide doesn’t even launch on my iPhone 12 mini. I’ve re-downloaded it and still does t do anything.

Can’t even remember favorites between app launches. Lists extra paid items in must have section. Buggy and unstable

KennedySpaceCenterGuide gives you a map of the visitor complex, attractions and events. What it's missing is daily schedules and event locations. We had to use the paper schedule to know movie and presentation times and locations.

KennedySpaceCenterGuide isn't bad, but its missing information like operating hours for future dates so that guest can plan their trips to the Center.

KennedySpaceCenterGuide does have an app. Unfortunately it does not enlarge to allow ability to read it. 😖
