I’ve had this watch since about December, and it worked amazingly, a couple of having to restart the watch, and having to manually connect from iTOUCHLegacy for the music to connect, but besides that it was good. I lost it and didn’t use it since about April, found it and now iTOUCHLegacy crashes within seconds of opening it. One of the reasons I got it was for the ability to change the songs without having to go to my phone, as someone who works with their hands and runs it can become an annoyance.

I’ve tried all three of the main line watches, and they are all good for the money. However, iTOUCHLegacy lacks a sleek and user friendly User Interface. At first I thought it may just be the best the devs could do. I dug around for a few minutes only to find the “Fuse” and “Air Special Edition” versions of iTOUCHLegacy . The both of which are much nicer. I’m simply left bewildered at why they haven’t condensed their apps into one all encompassing app like Fitbit. The experience with this watch would be 100% better if they simply retrofitted their newest apps to accommodate their older watches.

I have very good internet, always reliable. I have great Bluetooth and cell reception. My ITouch fitness tracker successfully connects to my phone, and says it’s connected iTOUCHLegacy - yet iTOUCHLegacy will not download any data from it, not let me edit profile settings within iTOUCHLegacy . It keeps saying “connection is broken” with a white square and “X” in the middle. How can the connection be broken when my phone is fully connected to both WiFi and internet? DEVs you need to fix this. I actually need this watch to connect to iTOUCHLegacy, I had to get it for serious health issues. Fix this glitch. And then I’ll edit my review with more stars.

I got this watch after Xmas and really like the look of it. I have had almost constant issues with the watch not buzzing when there is a call or text coming in, and now the watch won't move off the main time screen. So now it's a normal digital watch that tracks your steps but nothing else since it won't react to my touch. Buy a different watch for sure!

Was contacted by App developer and for the record, I don't have a problem with iTOUCHLegacy . Just the device. I was communicating with someone trying to help me solve my watch issue and after their suggestions didn't work they stopped communicating.

It's very sad to see that an iTouch air watch can connect to my iPod touch, and yet I can't make any calls via Bluetooth. I mean an update could help many people who are willing to connect their phones to a watch. The units of measurement of distance and the "standard time" cannot be changed, which is also another bad thing, and rather that being able to call with my phone via Bluetooth, all I get to do with my flip phone is to give useless commands by using poor voice recognition. At least do this small favor by updating iTOUCHLegacy so my iPod touch can connect to my phone so I can make calls.

I received an itouch smart watch for Christmas so of course I had to download iTOUCHLegacy to be able to use the watch. I noticed there have been no updates to iTOUCHLegacy for 11 months and before that a year and then 2 years ago. iTOUCHLegacy isn’t working correctly. It will not stay connected to the itouch watch(I have an iPhone XR)
I can’t even use this watch because iTOUCHLegacy doesn’t seem to be updated to the proper support for this particular smart watch capability.
If someone who can do something about this issue is reading, please help. I want to use this. iTOUCHLegacy ’s Bluetooth connection keeps breaking therefore it cannot be used.

I’d say this watch, and app is average. I got it for my birthday, and I had to install iTOUCHLegacy. The problem for me is I’m never using iTOUCHLegacy. It’s useless for me. I don’t go outside often, or exercise, so activities are useless. I only use it to tell the time, and to make lists on iTOUCHLegacy , so it isn’t completely worthless.

If you’re the opposite of me, you might like iTOUCHLegacy.

If a developer is reading this, don’t take it personality. It’s just not for me.

For this review I have connected my iTouch SmartWatch Bluetooth to my phone and it says that it is connected. But when I go to iTOUCHLegacy on my phone, I click on personal profile, and it says that it’s not connected. I get frustrated cause I can’t see my process on sleep or etc. But I can only see how many steps I take. In my opinion to make this a better app for people to use, is that you can make an update for it. Or fix something with the Bluetooth connection cause I rlly want to see my process and be able to call and message people through my watch.

Downloaded the new app. The watch works fine on its own but iTOUCHLegacy never connects. It says Bluetooth is connected but I can’t change my profile info, get my daily stats or customize anything. I’m frustrated because I’ve restarted iTOUCHLegacy , reconnected to Bluetooth (several times), deleted iTOUCHLegacy and downloaded iTOUCHLegacy again but no change. It won’t track any of my stats so the watch is only good for viewing stats that day and since nothing connects, the stats are gone the next day. I was so excited to get this but I’m finding it may have been a waste of money 😥

I find the steps counted are way too high, almost double what the iPhone Health app counts. I’m confident the Apple iPhone app is fairly accurate because on several occasions I counted my steps over a known distance and the Health app was within 10% or better each time.
Get this fixed and you might have something worthwhile to go with the iTouch Pulse SmartWatch.
The heart rate measures fairly accurately, so no problem there.

I got a iTouch air s and it is a piece of pricey junk. Won’t connect to iPhone. Says it is but when you try to do anything says there’s no blue tooth connection even though says connected. I read other answers to comments and their solution is worthless. I unpaired it from my phone so I could paired it with app first. IT DOESNT WORK! These phones are just a piece of junk. Listen to me don’t buy any of their watches their cheap china junk and you know what they say you get what you pay for, and I paid for a piece of junk. App is useless

Got the watch about a month ago and I like how it looked. It was working fine until this when the same connection issue mentioned in these reviews happened. The watch/app is not locating my phone when i search for devices to pair. As a result; i am not receiving the notifications i need. This is annoying; hope someone can help.

The watch worked for a few days (Christmas present) but since then it says it’s connected to iTOUCHLegacy but then it says its disconnected when you try to do anything. The settings do not respond when touched in iTOUCHLegacy . You click “time setting” and it doesn’t move. The watch has changed over to military time and iTOUCHLegacy won’t allow you to make any changes. Really stinks especially since my son was so happy to get the watch. Now he’s disappointed because it won’t work.

iTouch Air SE and 2018 iPad Pro. Not by the manual or online help, I was able to pair via BT by resetting the watch and being quick with the finger (synch immediately when the watch is viewable in the devices list of discoverable devices). Still though, iTOUCHLegacy was never able to work with iTOUCHLegacy . I am frustrated and I also don’t think iTOUCHLegacy will be useful or meet my expectations even if it was working well enough to see the truth of it. If you still have your receipt for the watch, return it to the store.

I just bought the itouch watch yesterday and I see it needs some work like the notifications doesn’t work for iPhone at least have a notification app that can help I see the Bluetooth didn’t stay connected. I just downloaded the Itouch SW2 and the Air now my notifications are showing.

I was so excited to get it. I can’t get it to work. I can’t change the time and the date and it. It just jumped months and isn’t close to the correct time. Tried to check my cycling time and I can’t get it to record my time. I wish I would Got a fit bit.

Is there a booklet or directions on how to work this anywhere? It. Didn’t come with anything
When I go to iTOUCHLegacy and ask for support I get a catalog of other devices to purchase. No help!

iTOUCHLegacy lacks all that the watch is made for, I can’t make phone calls and it gives me the option on the watch. I can’t access my contacts and in the watch there’s the option for it too. So no iTOUCHLegacy and the watch are both a waste of money. I tried to give them a chance but no as always they have disappointed me. Please if you read this just save your money before buying from this brand and save for a Fitbit or a Samsung or Apple Watch.

Even though the Bluetooth was connected and the pair part of iTOUCHLegacy said it was paired every time I went to my watch, the iTouch curve(BTW the new app was not capable with the new app), it said the Bluetooth was connected but when I went into iTOUCHLegacy (keep in mind that the pair part said it was connected while I re-entered iTOUCHLegacy ) it said that Bluetooth was not connected and I could not do the weather or change my step goals or do the sleep timer. Thanks iTouch for your crappy app and products.

Was working fine, then the firmware update happened. Now nothing works updates every time I open app. I’ve done everything rebooted, reinstalled. Still can’t get past it trying to update.

iTOUCHLegacy works good and the watch connects,but the issue I have is that when I click iTOUCHLegacy it goes back to my home screen. Is there any way you can fix it? I can’t fix the clock on the watch because I can’t open iTOUCHLegacy .
