I have one huge complaint with LidsLoyal. The in App Store browser has no back button. You can see the directories that lead to this hat, but they don’t necessarily coincide with how you got there. For instance if I take the time to apply a bunch of filters to find hats to suit my needs, I end up with about 600 pages of hats I’d like to browse. As soon as I click one, o cannot get back to my filtered list. My options are “back to LidsLoyal ” which leaves the store all together, or my directory listing; ie “men’s/headwear/fitted/mlb/nationals”. So I can navigate back to any of those subsections, none of which go along with my “hats only flex fit or 7-3/8 under $25” filters. I’m sorry but it keeps me update but LidsLoyal is useless for shopping unless you already know exactly what you want.

it’s weird, it says it’s the lids app but it redirects to lids app/website when you want to shop .. I guess it’s an app inside an app, .. just don’t hit the big top left back button, or you just lose your search and start all over again ... they have a few tweaks to fix, it’s just taking them longer to figure out there is even a problem in the first place , the worst customer service, returns and everything in the middle, ordered a hat online that’s in every store, it’s been a month and still no hat, it shows complete, but fedex still hasn’t picked up the package from them ... I’m still waiting for them to release a previous refund since they didn’t have the product, it’s been almost 2 months and nothing .. I’m done with this sleazy company..

I love lids, the rewards program is awesome. Brand new $32 snap backs for $26, best you can get for New era & Mitchell & Ness. But this is about LidsLoyal so let’s talk about that. LidsLoyal makes it pretty smooth to navigate from your team(s) to all of the clearance items, easy checkouts. The only 1 thing is it’s difficult sometimes to go back, sometimes it doesn’t save your place when you want more info of an item & then back out. All in all it’s very solid.

I've been a customer for only a few months and LOVE the savings. As of lately, I've been having to log in through my web browser because when I go into LidsLoyal , it freezes then bumps me out of LidsLoyal after about 5 sec. Oh, one more thing, I thick I speak for all Lids customers when I say create a wish list. It's hats, etc. that I have on my "To Buy" list and don't want to put everything in the cart to try to hold.

LidsLoyal doesn't show the correct rewards points, or any accumulated rewards points at all!

When you click on "shop", it takes you to the lids webpage and once you're there, the page doesn't show your membership discount for any items at any point.

For a company that has stores everywhere and has made a lot of money, I would expect them to make a website and app that provides an easy platform for using membership discounts and buying products!!

I got the lids app around the end of July 2018 and been having problems every since if you forgot your password it will send you a link but want take you to the forgot password page and also when you go to log in it says something about network error and also when hitting the three lines to the left it want open but will just close out

Cannot navigate LidsLoyal as it crashes every time it opens. Shopping takes you away from LidsLoyal to a browser anyway, which makes having LidsLoyal almost pointless. It’s nice being able to get to my rewards/points, but I can’t access anything because of the crashing issues. When it works, it’s still only three stars.

Just closes on you and when you click on an item, and then go back, you’re sent to the top of the page if you were towards the bottom of the page. Just not an app you should download. Get your **** together and fix LidsLoyal if you want to make some sales and keep your customers

I open LidsLoyal , try to navigate it and it always crashes and closes on the first page.

I also wish you could shop directly from LidsLoyal instead of it kicking you to website. I can go to the website on my browser so LidsLoyal is pretty much useless for my purposes.

I love the convenience of lids at the mall, they have everything I need in one stop. Unfortunately it’s hard to get to the mall anymore so I figured LidsLoyal would work but it doesn’t.

It won’t let me add my favorite teams and I can’t shop, I am very disappointed and hope maybe one day I can get a hat from my favorite store

Loyal lids customer but LidsLoyal could be so much better. It occasionally crashes and it’s a hassle not being able to shop straight from LidsLoyal instead of connecting the online store from LidsLoyal . Also the points system takes roughly 2 months to get to your account.

Keeps force closing on iPhone X. Please update LidsLoyal so it doesn’t redirect you to the website, I would prefer to browse and shop through LidsLoyal if at all possible

When it worked there was no back button so you always had to start over. Now since fanatics took over the online sales, I have no access to LidsLoyal although I can login on the web with the exact details LidsLoyal says is wrong.

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problems, LidsLoyal is currently unusable for me. Almost Every time I open LidsLoyal , it crashes. If it doesn’t crash upon opening, it crashes when you click on anything. Please fix it.

I’ve downloaded, deleted, downloaded, deleted... and repeated this process countless times. Not sure if it’s my phone or LidsLoyal , but I have no problem with any other app on my phone. I kinda regret paying for the access pass not having any real “access” to it.
