My real review is a 0 STAR!

The people working at ericdress are incompetent and horrible. I Bought 2 dresses. One was wayyy too big and on way too small and I followed the same size chart. So I emailed to have it exchanged but they made me pay $8 for what I thought was for them to send me a shipping label but no it was for the return label. Still had to go to usps and spend $13 to ship it back to them. After 2-3 weeks, after waiting over a month the first time, I received one of the dresses back and guess what, I received the same size again that I purchased before after I told them I’m exchanging for a medium! Like how!? How do you mess up again. I emailed them about it and they said oh we saw that u received the item... that’s not the point. Again, I received the wrong item size. They don’t read. This is so frustrating and a scam. I have a 30+ message long email thread with them because I am constantly repeating myself because they don’t read. Dresses are not even a great quality. And they won’t refund. They are asking me for money to return an item they messed up and refuses to give me a full refund. NEVER WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! But before that they need to fix my order! Thieves! I will be reporting them.

Super frustrated. This has to be the worse customer service ever.

If you have a patience to wait for your orders for a month or two you can go ahead, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone based of what I experienced with EricdressFashionClothesShop. I order five items and wait almost three month for them to arrived and they shipped only two items and told me that one was out of stock after I placed my order and I ask them to replaced with another item which cost less of what I bought and didn’t get a refund for that. And the terrible thing is that I never received those two additional packages because they claimed that FedEx missed me to check at my local post office and I went there but they told me the two item was sent back to the sender. I email them and all they could tell me is that ohh you’ll not get a refund. Just an advice stay away from EricdressFashionClothesShop, it’s not all about the money but the way they treat customers like they are stupid or something. Never again I’m actually trying to find a way to delete my information from EricdressFashionClothesShop.

Ordered two men’s jackets. Each appeared to be very reasonably priced despite what was obviously not the highest quality merchandise. I wear XL (US size). Ordered 4XL since the products were “Asian sized” per measurements. Despite this, the product fit like a M. Not even close. That’s where my issues began. The package had arrived after three weeks. The two jackets were literally wrapped in a ball of torn plastic and stuffed into a box. When I filed a “dispute” (this is how you return product to this company...be ready to wait a couple of days for a reply and you’ll likely have to write twice, as I did), they informed me they’d deduct $30 from my purchase price to cover their cost of shipping the product to me (in three weeks and in horrible shape) AND I had to pay return shipping. This despite shipping be free when I ordered. Needless to say, I’ll delete EricdressFashionClothesShop and never shop here again. I’ll leave this store for patient, very small people who never need to return anything.

love the new discover your style feature. Hopefully this feature gets added to plus size soon! If you haven't already tried it, please give it a try! I also love how easy EricdressFashionClothesShop is to navigate, makes my shopping experience so much better. Their selection of plus size items is also great. Being a plus size woman I always find exactly what I need for every occasion. However, there is one thing I wish would change: the wishlist. I really hope we could get more than 40 items limit soon 😃 come on girl. Aside from that, this Eric app is by far one of the most enjoyable apps that I use to shop! Give it a try 😉

I placed an order over a month ago and it’s still saying preparing...I advise people to stay away from this site...I have made two more orders since I messaged with someone and they said due to the holidays...that is bogus..I’m scared they are going to try and keep my money. All ) of my items still say preparing..I got one sweater that took two weeks and that’s all. It’s sad because the clothes are cute but I won’t take anymore risk on them..stay away from this site!!!!!! I also want to come back and add yes they are a quick and easy purchase but it is far from quick and easy to get your thing. Just for the record I still haven’t received my things.. the orders are saying shipped some of them anyway but that was after I kept complaining. My fiancé been asking for a refund for his order and he still haven’t heard from them on that. He can’t even leave a review.

I bought this bathing suite for a friend that had breast cancer and opted not to have reconstructive surgery on the side affected. I though the ruffle might be just enough to cover her that she would be comfortable enough not wearing a prosthetic. I just talked with her today and she LOVED it! NO PROSTHETIC!!! She said the fit was just like she went to the store and picked it out her self. Now she will able to witness her granddaughter's first visit to the beach worry free. I'm so thankful I ran across this bathing suite while looking for one for myself. Well I did buy one for myself also, great quality, but I will never wear it around her I want her to feel fabulous!

This company really needs to get their shipping together. This is my second order experience with this company and the shipping is just as horrible as it was the 1st time I ordered. April 14th will be an entire month for me waiting for a pair of jeans I ordered March 14th?

It’s ridiculous when there are way better online retailers that can get me my item in 5-7 business days standard. This I’ll be my last purchase with this company. Please learn how to use your profits to better enhance your company like IMPROVING YOUR SHIPPING METHODS. How many bad reviews is it going to take?

And the only resolution you can provide is a measly 10% discount ON PURCHASES OVER $49! This site is a joke. As if I would spend 49 cents on this site only to go through the same exact shipping problems? I think not. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEM IN 1-2 MONTHS!! 👎🏾

Never ever ever ever again will I do business with ERICDRESS. I placed my order on May 26 and it’s June 16. They gave me a weird tracking number I entered it in this website and it says it was delivered already on June 11 to a different city. So now I have to call my post office to see what’s going on. This stuff comes from China, I’ll never ever ever do business with this company. This is why I only buy local. This is why I don’t use apps like Wish, I thought this company would be different. Do not buy anything from here it takes forever and I didn’t even get my order and it tells me it was delivered to an address in a city 15 minutes away from me. And doesn’t even say where! I used to look at all their clothes and thought this would be an amazing partnership but no. This happens. Stay away!

To be honest, I am very satisfied with this shopping. This is my first time using EricdressFashionClothesShop to shop. The surprise is that EricdressFashionClothesShop is very good. Originally, I was a little worried that this dress was a little small for me. After receiving the package, I found that I bought the right clothes. I really really need the plus size clothing. wear this dress and everyone asks where I bought it LOL. The color is amazing, I loooooove it! And it is worth mentioning that the delivery speed is very fast. will come here to buy clothes next time I need it, thank you.

When I saw adds popping up on my Facebook Eric dress I was like this clothes are fire I downloaded EricdressFashionClothesShop and purchased too many clothes that was my mistake but I was like it is gonna take long so instead of ordering different times make it easy and made it one time order I was waiting one month to get my parcel and when time comes I was surprised one of the pants was too big and not even look the picture that I saw the watch was also cheap and not even the one I was expecting then I decided to return and I noticed it is gonna cost me more so I decided to just take a lesson about it so If you live In USA 🇺🇸 please don’t waste your money just advice. And my conclusion you guys need to change a lot!

My wife has been fat for years, we are confused. Because it's hard for us to get the right clothes. Although there are many plus size online stores, we can't find the fit one. One day, my friend told me that Ericdress's plus size clothing is very beautiful and comfortable. So we search the Ericdress APP, we found plus size clothing is very beautiful. We purchased a dress and a swimsuit. And we want to say that the quality of the clothes was very Good. Didn't look like cheap material. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I'm quite small compared to everyone else, so it, naturally, was no surprise that the dress didn't quite fit. However, I was quite happy with the product. It was a very airy fabric, which was perfect for the hot weather that has been hanging around my town for quite some time now. I found it easy to fix the dress so it fits me right as well. The package was well-handled, without any damages to the box or product. It was an overall great purchase, and I certainly will get more of these kinds of dresses later on.

most superior customer service. Even though it's my favorite, there are some advise. 1. EricdressFashionClothesShop takes smooth. 2. It would be helpful if they started some kind of authenticity check for very expensive designer items. 3. It would be nice to have a cheaper shipping option for under 0. 5 lbs (categories for 0-0. 5 lbs, 0. 5-1. 5, 1. 5-3, 3-5, and the rest of the current categories). I usually have to do my own shipping for these items to help buyers with cost but this takes more time obviously.

I have received the dress for my mom and she did love it too much. At the beginning, I am not sure if this site is good enough to have a try. However, I took one chance and tried it with smaller order. It proves that it is a good site definitely. I think I'll have much possibility to use it again in the near future and will also recommend to my friends. Also, If you try EricdressFashionClothesShop at first order, U'll enjoy a big discount. Well done promotion.

reviews. People please. . . when leaving a review anywhere— please state your height/weight and what size you ordered and if it fits. Even better is explaining how the fabric feels, how it washes, etc. Telling me “super cute” is not helping. . . AT ALL. Ok on to EricdressFashionClothesShop — it easier to sort through categories. For example: jewelry—->earrings—->studs. But now I can even find “jewelry” section. It's all under “accessories”. So that's a bummer. I know it seems like I talk a lot but I really do love EricdressFashionClothesShop , it's 5 stars all the way!

My daughter's gown was ordered on June 27th, custom size, and she received it on July 4th!! Amazing!!! It's lovely on her!! We will have to make alterations to the hips (a bit too tight), but that's most likely because we measured incorrectly. Note to future customers, don't skip on the hip measurement for a mermaid style dress 😃 We are very satisfied with ericdress's service, and have just placed an order for a mother-of-the-bride dress as well! Can't wait until it arrives!! Thank you!!

This dress is horrible, do not be fooled by this seller like I did. I ordered 8 pieces of dress from them, they’re nothing like it showing in the picture. The materials are horrible, loose and fake, they’re nothing compared to what showing in this picture. Customer service is crazy it took me 5 days before someone replied back to my message. Horrible services I do not recommended this seller neither that dress!😡😡😡😡 run for your life. The worst thing is that they have a policy in which they created in away to robbed others legally. I am very fortunate to have bought clothes on this website. I could not have been more pleased with my gown! They made ordering easy and I used their measuring instructions to ensure I had the right size. . . . and it fit perfectly! I got compliments all day long. From the initial ordering, throughout the travel process, the shipping information, down to delivery, your company kept me posted on the status of my order.

Do not do not get EricdressFashionClothesShop. This whole website is a scam, they take your money and never ship you the items, or if they do, it is very very cheap, doesn’t come til months later, and the wrong sizes. All of the “good” reviews are payed, if you look on facebook reviews there are lots and lots saying this site is a scam. Horrible customer service, and they never answer live chat. I had ordered shoes from here payed around $40 and the order “didn’t go through” but charged me. I sent the company multiple emails and still haven’t gotten a response. I still haven’t gotten my shoes and I am furious, that I wasted my money. It is all a complete and total scam. Do not trust this site.
