Set up Registration
I gave up trying the app, which couldn’t find me, even though the mailman sure can! I have tried at least 3 times. I am not that technically inclined, I admit, but this is ridiculous. I tried to pay online & I can’t past the registering check acct part to use my debit card. I pay everything online. Frustrating! Of course no one can help with the website issues on the weekend!

Unbelievably Worst Application Ever!
So unlike Toyota. The manager who approved this App to be posted for Toyota’s clients use deserves to be fired. How is it possible that this App is some still in Apple store when in fact it does not work? Aren’t Toyota folks reading the reviews on the application? I wasted my time downloading this App, and they wasted more time trying to set it up. Then wasted even more time deleting it.

Thanks to this app update my payment is late
This is a terrible way to treat your customers.. you know, who buy your products. There’s not even a way to get your user ID and since I had it on thumbprint sign in which no longer works, I don’t know my user ID and have NO WAY to get it to make my payment! Very disappointed and I will be calling corporate tomorrow
