I bought Cleaner for my business account to better manage my followers. Unfortunately for me I bought it for the year and haven’t been able to use it. The white list option has been helpful but I have been unable to unfollow a single follower. Instagram notified me that inauthentic likes and follows (from a secondary source such as Instaclean) are against their community guidelines. I would like my money back and after spending at least two weeks trying to figure out why I couldn’t unfollow anyone, has been a total and complete waste of my time and money.

Cleaner is a joke! It doesn't let you unfollow your list of followers! It will only load the first 50 people who are people you know and want to follow! It won't load passed that list. I've tried to email and get in touch with Cleaner and they don't respond. If you go to your list of followers the only option you have there is to block people. I've gone in and blocked a few and it didn't even reduce the number of people I'm following. I'm very disappointed with Cleaner, especially because I paid for the premium. What a joke!

I got this to mass unfollow people that aren’t following me on IG. The first time I used it I was able to only do 40 actions. I have been frustrated with IG for awhile now, so I opted to pay for this this app app, 2.99 was worth it to unfollow a lot of people at once. Then Instagram started temporarily blocking me. What temporary started as was 24 hours, but after that I could continue unblocking a bunch of people. Well, now I was only able to unblock 30 people before being again “temporarily” blocked from that action. So, my advice. Don’t waste your money on Cleaner. It isn’t worth it!

It doesn’t work. I purchased the unlimited operations, didn’t attempt to perform more than 50 batch operations. After submitting the unfollow command, the number seems to start to reduce but stops at 16 unfollow operations and than Cleaner is freezing every time. Close, reopen, and I have find out that I follow about 80 more accounts than I started with. After trying it for several days, wasting a lot of time, the number of followed accounts did not reduced. I will change this review if I will see that it works at least once.

So I was looking for a IG this app app and After I seen some feedbacks about Cleaner I decided to try it and paid PRO version. You can NOT pick more then 50 ppl. It does not load full of following list always shows same people. I tried to unfollow some of them and Now it says Feedback required and then it says your IG account suspended by IG you will be ok soon. How ? I even didn’t unfollow 50 people yet. Still shows same following people even after I change it 200 people it does not load 200 ppl.

The new update adds a whitelist, which is an amazing new feature that I love. Unfortunate the update also slows down Cleaner a ton. Now even scrolling through lists or navigating an action takes several seconds, making Cleaner unbearable to use. Also, they limited unfollows per hour to 50 in order to protect accounts. While I admire their attempt to protect accounts, I was previously using Cleaner to unfollow ~150 per hour without any repercussions, so this new limit is disappointing.

I downloaded Cleaner to mass delete photos from my instagram. I paid for the premium so that I could delete about 800 photos, but Cleaner will only let you delete 50 at a time. Annoying, but manageable I thought. Until I realized that after each batch of 50 Cleaner makes you wait “a few minutes” before you can do it again. So it still took AGES to delete everything. Plus, Cleaner crashed constantly when I would try to load all my photos.

Would not recommend.

So annoying. Deleted just a couple photos off my page. Then the next day I spend .99 just to get more operations to delete more things. Wouldn’t even let me delete 1 pic. So clearly when you spend money Cleaner goes defective and there’s nothing but a bland instagram no kind of contact info. Glad I was smart and didn’t spend more money. I literally have 78 photos that need to be deleted. I’ll just have to do it the hard way than to pay people to be ripped off.

Cleaner started off great when I first started using it yesterday. Now today it won’t allow me to delete any pictures at all. I’m not sure if there’s a limit to how much you can delete or what, but that’s the only reason I downloaded Cleaner . Now I have to go back to deleting pictures one by one directly from Instagram.

I would only recommend Cleaner if you don’t have more than 50 pictures or so to delete.

Purchased the pay in app feature to be able to have unlimited features. It has an annoying feature that only allows you to delete 50 posts at a time. I 100% know what I’m doing and would like to be able to just do a mass deletion instead of being throttled at 50 ‘every few minutes’, especially when I paid for it.

It does work and I like the daily counts you get to unfollow people, my only problem is that I deleted it cause it worked so well that I didn’t need it but now I do again but I can’t login, it just keeps sending me codes and I don’t know how to get into my account through it now

Don’t wanna spend money? Change your time and collect the daily rewards, change time back after.

The list loads 50 people but when you unfollow a new list comes in.

Right when you unfollow and you see the “Done” but it goes back, just close Cleaner and open it again and a new list will show up.

It doesn’t crash or anything, people are being retarded and blaming it on Cleaner when it’s the device.

PLEASE note. I’ve been using Cleaner for only 3 hours, and I only got to unfollow 400 people, then it says it BLOCKED by Instagram because you can only unfollow 200 people per hour, it is NOT Cleaner ’s fault.
IMPORTANT!: I would not recommend using Cleaner because when I went back on Instagram the 10th time, it says “Unauthorized app accessing account, please change password or the account will be disabled”.
Overall, I gave it 5 stars because it does everything the best other apps possibly can.

This runs so slow. When selecting all and unfollowing it literally takes minutes after saying yes to two warnings to confirm that you want to unfollow. Then it will lag and lag and eventually crash or if you’re lucky it works. Sometimes it will lag so bad that you have to uninstall and reinstall. Then your white list isn’t saved. Please developers. This could be a useful tool if you paid attention to the flaws that plague Cleaner I paid for. How about an option to save your white list and switch users?

I'm not entirely sure how to use Cleaner . I wish there was an introduction when you first open it so I know what it is. Still, it's easy enough to figure out. Is blocking the same as unfollowing someone though?

Anyways I made this review for the operations. Five stars. But it’s a bit wonky Cleaner. It’s also “lost” my operations which are like credits on the account. So.

Got Cleaner to unblock someone and it had me buy Cleaner to access the block list and it showed “no data” after I had purchased it. And I have few that I have blocked. So this is stupid it. NOT wroth spending $ on this. Oh and I was gonna put no star ratting but apparently all my nick name options were taken “ndjhevwmj” if I only give 1 star🤔
