I just tried to sign in for the first time since setting up TouchPass with my company info. It didn’t recognize my password. I clicked “change password,” promptly got a link, was told I had successfully updated my password, but when I tried to log in I got an incorrect message. I repeated this a couple of times with no success. So far TouchPassTransit is 100% useless to me. How do I proceed?

So if you record a friends screen and save it to your photo or video album, then you can share the pass. It’s going to cost transit districts a lot of money in lost fares.
TouchPassTransit does open quickly and it is faster than people putting one dollar bill at a time into the fate box.
As a bus driver, I am very disappointed in how easy TouchPassTransit makes it to rob the transit district of fares.

Signed up, made two purchases. Cannot log back in to use my purchases. Reset my password 6 times with no access! Called and they cannot find my account. I have the confirmation email from my purchases. This does not seem like a scam but has become completely inconvenient and I just want my money back!

After setting up a new account and ignoring several design disasters, all I can do is tap Buy and I get an error that says, your account is not eligible for fare product purchases using the TouchPass Mobile App. Then TouchPassTransit is good for nothing! Added my card info, still no luck. This is garbage, but it’s what I expect from LTD.

There is something unbelievable and unacceptable about TouchPassTransit! You there is no way to change your password! Wow, what a security flaw. The online portal won’t either. TouchPassTransit isn’t the best with it’s interface and use otherwise either.

Since the version update last night, TouchPassTransit shuts off immediately after I log in on my iPhone 6S. I am running the current IOS. I’ve tried reinstalling TouchPassTransit x3. Please fix this issue.

TouchPassTransit is very hard to use and I can’t buy anything with my debit card because I keep getting an error even though I entered all the information correctly

I’m 17 years old and I tried to buy half fare bus passes but am unable too. It’s very frustrating especially when the bus driver doesn’t know how to work TouchPassTransit .

TouchPassTransit on my old phone worked perfectly and now on my new one it is stretched out and to hard to scan.

I updated TouchPassTransit JUST NOW and now it’s crashing. It’s my only way of transportation to get to college and go home. It should not be crashing after an update.

i haven’t used it because it hasn’t given enough info for me to want to register.

it mentions a card. how do i get that? where do i get that?

can this go into the apple wallet yet? until it does, it’s not that great, regardless of what “leading transit consultant” said on your website.

if you put time into TouchPassTransit and truly make it good, it will take off because my area is right next to a college town that’s also a tourist town.

if it can do the wallet now, say so. if there is a companion card, say so and say how to get it.
