I'm a regular user of buses and they're not terribly reliable, but with this app it keeps me up to date - and when I got lost this app directed me to the nearest stop so I could get home.

I live in Irving so I take the TRE very often both to Dallas or Fort Worth. It is great especially in Dallas where we have light rail, commuter rail, and buses, plus a trolley and streetcar. Fort with buses are pretty good too. Thank you for trying to bring us into the 21st-century. With all your plans for the future, I feel we are in the 21st-century.

Let me start out by saying that I am visually impaired, and so I use voiceover. This is a screen reader, which basically tells you what is on the screen as the name suggests. What I have noticed about this particular app is that the buttons aren’t labeled so that I would be able to identify what I would be passing. So it’s guesswork. I would like to see DallasTransitDARTTimes put more effort into accessibility so that all users can navigate, and therefore you could increase ridership of DART and increased use of DallasTransitDARTTimes .

While the interface looks great, there are a few issues using it, both minor annoyances and major bugs that have costed me more than a one-month regional pass over the span of a week.
On multiple occasions, DallasTransitDARTTimes has sent me on a system of trains that either don’t actually exist or don’t leave enough time to get from one train to another. Due to a tight schedule, this means that I have to spend a _lot_ of money using ride share services.
Another annoyance is in the trip interface — it automatically zooms out to view the full train when it thinks the transfer has completed, so when I’m between two trains, it likes to zoom in and out between them preventing me from scrolling or looking at what I have to do next.
Honestly, a pretty awful experience, but as far as I know it’s all we got.

DallasTransitDARTTimes is the best! As a first time user if any type of public transportation system I was so nervous. DallasTransitDARTTimes made it easy to know where to go and what to do. Should have tried it a long time ago.

DallasTransitDARTTimes could actually be great if it was actually tracking the busses and not giving an unnecessary estimated bus schedule arrival. It’s worthless for I can get a schedule and look at my phone or watch (being they’re back in style) for the time and estimate if the bus will be on time or not all by myself.
App looks great but is actually worthless without real time location available.

DallasTransitDARTTimes used to be a life saver, but now it’s useless. The information it provides isn’t correct. For example, when calculating the trip from one train station to another, it tells me to take a bus first. None of the times are correct because of this.

VERY easy to use DallasTransitDARTTimes. And DART has their times down to nearly a second!

DallasTransitDARTTimes is useful, but bus arrival times are incorrect sometimes too early sometimes too late or when it says bus is due it still doesn’t show up

DallasTransitDARTTimes is an absolute trash. 15 minutes of using DallasTransitDARTTimes, I deleted it right away. DallasTransitDARTTimes is not able to calculate arrival time correctly based on your departure time.
