I get this way too often when dealing with a ticket that has a lot of info. Makes AssemblaTickets useful only 1/3 to 1/2 of the time.

Downgraded my review. AssemblaTickets has been totally useless for my needs. Never able to load an entire ticket. Waiting to see if it gets fixed before I delete it.

Can’t even search for an open ticket that isn’t assigned to me but is in my group.

Takes over the browser so that clicking an assembla link opens AssemblaTickets . Once in AssemblaTickets , you can’t do anything useful. Uninstalled and will just use the website.

Very poor app. Doesn’t meet there minimal level of quality expected from a paid for ticketing and software development service.

App starts to load then crashes on iPhone 7

Ironically, this Assembla Tickets app won’t show my Assembla tickets, even though I’ve logged on with the same account I use on the web.

Maybe it’s time for an update?

I do applaud the fact that there is actually an app for it, and why I have it 2 stars.

The application lacks full functionality. You’re unable to organize your ticket by manipulating all the data fields possible on the desktop interface.

Please fix the screen orientation and screen optimization for iPad. I have a iPad Pro and almost always use it in landscape mode w/the keyboard. Please give me the option to view landscape. And view more in that mode not just stretched to fill.

First look at AssemblaTickets . If you want to create a ticket or always know when your name is mentioned when your away from your computer then AssemblaTickets if for you. Also, when I tried searching for tickets some tickets didn't show up on the results. I'll keep playing around with AssemblaTickets and see where this goes.

For projects with hundreds of tickets, filtering is one of the most important features but AssemblaTickets doesn't give access to existing filters or have the ability to set any up for mobile view. Big miss!

I just download it, but this is a think, which we have waiting for a long, anyway, thanks!

Now the work moments:
1. Where is milestones? Now I see projects only... and there are more then 10K tickets, how to manage???!
2. Filters. This feature is absolutely needs to be implemented.
3. Where is support button/menu/window/etc?? So far, I see only "Log Out" and "Rate app" options on a side menu...

Trying to catch up on things and figured I would try AssemblaTickets. Then I realize I can’t decrease ticket time remaining AssemblaTickets . That was the first thing I tried :(

Been very excited for Assembla to come to IOS! At a first pass: seems to function very well. Notifications are great to have on my phone now. Great app!
