I love the idea of ConvenientCareNow, but it crashes 9 out of 10 times that I have tried to use it. Also, there is no tech support email or phone number to troubleshoot crashes.

I installed ConvenientCareNow and filled out the information, but I did not feel comfortable actually following through with the service. The available information on how it works is sketchy at best.
It says "$49 copay (before insurance)" does this mean all or part of this amount might be covered by my insurance? If so, how would this work -or- Does this mean there are possibly additional fees that might be billed to my insurance?
If after I explain my situation, the doctor says, "Oh no, I'm sorry. You will actually need to go to the ER/Urgent Care/Family physician and be seen in person for evaluation/testing/treatment". Do I still have to pay the $49 as well as the cost of actually being treated?
I think you need a triage step before you bill me $49 for services that may or may not be rendered.
