Broken issue
I bought an issue that featured one of my favorite online artists. The issue wouldn’t load on my phone due to an “error,” even after it was paid for, and when I reached out to customer service I got a reply saying they would look into it and never heard back.

Paid and not working
I paid an annual subscription, loaded the App. After which I was prompted to fill out the registration and create an account...... Then it just freezes every time, so I cannot view anything.

Abandoned App?
Fantastic magazine! App no longer seems to work on iOS devices, so I can only read it on my Android phone. App should be fixed or digital subscribers should be warned about limited access.
