Useless
When I first connect The units to the Wi-Fi both the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth worked flawlessly. But after several weeks, The Wi-Fi portion seems to forget and I work on Bluetooth. But the Bluetooth only works for a while before it also forgets. My Wi-Fi just recognize the units but I cannot get the units to connect the app unless I resync everything again. This is either my third or fourth time before I’m no longer really using the app anymore as it’s almost pointless.

Completely Useless
This app is completely useless. It doesn’t respond when I push a button 95% of the time. I have to push on a button 20x before it will finally change speeds or whatever button I push. It’s easier to just get up and push the button on the air filter itself! I stopped using the app for that reason, which is why it’s completely useless. If app control is important to you, don’t buy any air filter from Guardian.

I have no idea why this app was ever developed. Because it does not work. What Bluetooth connection? Forget WiFi asks if you want to link to WiFi then never does. Alexia can’t help until I connect to WiFi. These are good air cleaners. But this app as a 1.9 rating. This app does not work. Or the unit does not connect. So WiFi is a total waste of time. I can connect anything to my network. Except this unit. Well it cleans the air. But paying for this feature is money down the drain.
