Easy to Use

I am a new supervisor who is now in charge of scheduling and not being a huge fan of Excel, StaffHub has been a wonderful alternative!! Easy to use, easy to read and share!! Would recommend this to any department who has scheduling issues. Thank you!!

Awful. Don’t waste your time

My company uses this program for shifts and to send messages. However, when I started and was given the link, the program wouldn’t let me sign in. Then, when it finally did let me sign in and it gave me an email address to use, the program claimed that email address wasn’t found. Awful set up. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the program and still nothing. I even put in staff hub into my browser and it still wouldn’t work. Glad to know this is the way to get my schedule and send messages to one another and half of us can’t even get in! Junk program. A complete waste of time!

Uh student leaders

It keeps our staff schedule organized and allows us to share documents. We enjoy the service.

Does not work at the slightest

The links I click on do not do what they say. MicrosoftStaffHub will either claim I don’t have access to the link sent, or the link will do nothing but open MicrosoftStaffHub then tell me to click on the link again. Support was absolutely no help, complete waste of time.

Edit: my manager has sent me the link 4 times over text and 3 times over email, I have reinstalled MicrosoftStaffHub 3 times and nothing has changed.

Can’t join a group. Invite is a joke.

My boss asked me to add MicrosoftStaffHub for work schedules. I can’t even join the group. It may be something my boss messed up but this whole process of setting this up through Microsoft has taken me all day, and I still can’t see the group schedule. Not user friendly at all. Wants me to create a team instead of join a team? So confusing. No response from technical help. Over it.

Dumb

I’m pretty good with technology but MicrosoftStaffHub is dumb. My school gave me an email with a Microsoft account but my manager told me not to use it. When I click the link to create an account. So I click the link and it keeps trying to login into my school email account. The “help” is no help at all and I have been trying to login in ALL DAY!! So over it. I just need to know my work schedule. Will someone PLEASE HELP ME!

Staff hub rules the world

Making the schedule has never been easier. I love StaffHub. Please don’t ever leave me.

Hub

Awesome

good, but

update was supposed to fix annoying notification that shows on MicrosoftStaffHub even though there is no new notification. this has not been fixed and i still continuously have to check MicrosoftStaffHub to make sure no one has messaged me for real. app shows an unread notification for an approved time off that was placed months ago and has passed. so annoying.

Never displays schedule

Never works. Deleted and reinstalled. Never shows my work schedule. Have to use website all the time.

Cannot Edit / Add lunch Breaks after Update!

Please fix this. After the forced update I just had I am no longer able to edit my lunch or add a break.

No iPad Support

I work off the iPad Pro not the iPhone. Two stars till the iPad is supported.

when 2 work is better

used “when 2 work” before this... staffhub is pretty limited... dont understand how it gets so many good reviews
