App is unstable

I used to use this app whenever I traveled. Now, in Dec 2019, I’m getting ready to go on another trip. Running iOS 13 on an iPhone 11 Pro, tried to open the app, and it keeps crashing. It won’t stay open longer than 1 second. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried turning the phone off and on again, tried manually adjusting permissions in settings, and no joy. App doesn’t work right now.

When I use the app it says Uber not available and only lists the prices for Lyft. I deleted app and redone loaded. Same thing. Anyone else have this problem?

This app says that only Uber is available in Anchorage. In fact Lyft was operating in anchorage 3 weeks before Uber (about 7 weeks ago) and it still says Lyft isn't available.
