Useless app for watch 2 sleep tracking feature

Seems like the support for Huawei watch 2 was added, but it is very poor. It is a struggle to get the watch 2 connected to HuaweiWear, finally figured out that the way to keep it constantly connected is by having set the watch to “Always on screen” mode (which I don’t want to do to save battery), that is ridiculous, even my phone is connected to it without issues and sending all my notifications without this feature on. But ok, it is connected; after that, takes a lifetime to sync heart rate and steps data, even though HuaweiWear says is connected. As for the sleep tracking data, has only been synced once, even though my watch has had a record daily. Now the sleep tracking data is only useful when synced to HuaweiWear (details are not displayed on the watch), but HuaweiWear cannot sync the data back to the phone, so it is a useless feature, and since I wanted HuaweiWear to see the sleep tracking details, it makes it a useless app for me.

Good watch but would like more customizations

I love this watch. It was a Christmas present from my fiancé. I think it’s a tremendously better price than a Fitbit. The software is simple and useful. Only thing that I would like it the option to customize the software a little bit more. Like control how much of a preview we can get. I know I would like to see about 2-3 more slides of my preview, but I know some people who would prefer just the one slide. I would also like to be able to control what notifications come through the device. Overall it’s an amazing product, and I’m glad to have one.

I want to love but this app is just broken

I want to love this watch but I am considering getting a Fitbit due to this broken app. My Band 2 Pro connects multiple times a day and doesn’t reconnect unless you close HuaweiWear and reopen it. When it is connected it only pushes some notifications to my watch, I constantly still have to take my phone out of my pocket. If they fix this soon I will be happy to update my rating and review.

Heart rate

Suggest that heat rate graph and or data be able to share. Data should have time stamp like the sleep data as you move from location to location alone the graph.

It’s an amazing app

Well i gave it 5 stars but still could be improved by what type of notifications could be showed on the band screen or which apps allowed to do that 🤷🏻‍♂️

Continuous HR sensing removed.

The only unique feature Honor Band 3 had was that it could become a HR sensor sending HR to the phone in real time and continuously. I used it while tracking runs with a different app which needs HR continuously. In the previous Firmware update its removed and now it is like every other crap health tracker. Why you do this huawei, bring it back. and if someone knows how to revert back to old firmware please do let me know.

Workout App

I love the huawei workout app. I love all the different stats included. My partner has apple watch. I would request the developer to develop the same application for Apple watch

Worst App Ever

This is such a poor app for the watch, you have to always have it open; even then it does not want to connect 90% of the time!!! Turning Bluetooth off and on on with your phone or watch does not make it reconnect, restarting the watch does not reconnect. Then sometimes it just connects. Really really poor app for a $350 watch.

My watch stopped working 2 weeks after purchase!

Doesn’t calculate steps correctly, constantly looses connection with cell phone and only two weeks after I bought it, it stopped working. Will take it back to the store tomorrow. Don’t waste your money on this cheap trash.

Iphone users busted

There r lots of option which doesn't work in iPhone like alarm, sms notification, smart alarm etc. How funny....4 years gone already for HuaweiWear but still couldn't develop these option for iphone.

Keep watch from resetting

Watch keeps factory resetting without me pressing anything. If it was accidental, then make the reset button more robust.

Very poor quality

Constant disconnects. Huawei band NYX-B10 had several firmware updates, and since then - it is acting weird: I have to reset band every 5-9 days in order to have sync and stop phone's battery drainage. Also, HuaweiWear haven't been updated in ages.

Not compatible with iOS11

On iOS 10 was working with my Honor Band 3 but now it says “disconnected” althought the watch connected with phone. After repairing the issue remained.

Heart rate data not visible

HuaweiWear and device work just fine, but no heart rate data is ever stored.

After update to iOS 13 and iphone 11

Huawei fir stopped working properly. Uses much more battery. Keeps on asking how if enable and disable hard rate. Needs firmware update asap.
