I tried the free account and didn’t like the way it operated on Google Chrome. Sent an email to the support team requesting the account to be deleted. Flora responds back ask why — I replied back that it was too complicated. Instead of deleting my account, Flora says “it’s easy to use. Try it, and then it will be deleted”??!!!!!

Super turned off by poor customer service in negating my experience instead of being curious and paying attention that I actually did or simply accepting my response and following through. If you don’t want to provide the option for users to delete their account on their own, then respond respectfully and quickly when they do request it. I’m not here to provide you a user head count!

In light of Covid, I thought I would try a new service. Reviews were good and said 40 min and 100 users. Meeting started and a 10 minute timer started counting down. I quickly scrambled and bought a monthly plan to keep meeting going. Now I see disclaimer- because of Covid demand, we are limiting to 10 minutes. Trying to cancel but the unsubscribe button they mention in help does not exist. Reps are conveniently unavailable. Do not download ezTalksVideoMeetings!!! Use reputable company like zoom, gotomeeting, etc.

I had the best experience using ezTalksVideoMeetings! The interface is simple and easy to understand. Scheduling a meeting was very convenient and it’s especially great to use for scheduling meetings across time zones. Adding contacts for meetings is easy too as it can import contacts from your gmail and outlook accounts. Finally you don’t have to sign up which makes it easy to start meetings quickly instead of wasting time ensuring everyone has an account first.

ezTalks is innovative and inexpensive. It is both a video conferencing platform and a webinar tool. Sometimes we use its meeting service for team discussion and sometimes we use its webinar service for employee training. Both of them have the important features we need like screen sharing, white boarding and sending messages. Most importantly, it is the software that delivers wonderful video and audio performance. Very good.

ezTalks is my favorite software App when it comes to video conferencing. I use it almost everyday to host meetings on a regular basis with others. It is free & easy to use, super convenient! I think I can save a lot of time & $$ and get more effective communication with ezTalks as it supports screen sharing, white-boarding, HD video & audio and so on in the free trial version. I will recommend it to my friends and teammates.

I haven't used the iPhone so that much but they have really come a long way and definitely listen to customer feedback. ezTalksVideoMeetings is clean and simple to use.

If you haven't used it in a few months, check it again. This is my go-to app for conference calls

Easy to use. ezTalksVideoMeetings suited my needs to set up video conferences with clients. 40 minutes proved to be a tight budget but it keeps me on point and in the end saves me time. I’m a talker. Easy to use features. Totally worth free. Overall I would download again and I recommend this to anyone who needs to video conference with people.

A great app for meetings! It has a very intuitive interface which makes planning meetings very easy. You can also see all your scheduled upcoming meetings and schedule recurring meetings all in one place. Not everyone in the meeting has to sign up with ezTalksVideoMeetings and importing contacts was very easy from my work email account.

ezTalks is a great collaborative work management tool. It enhances virtual connections and seamless communication between my team members. It is possible to do annotations with screen sharing and whiteboarding where all members can mark up on the page, images, text, and so on to improve information exchange.
