MOSAICO: Instagram Planner Reviews

I didn’t have the crashing that other reviews are talking about but MOSAICO felt clunky to use. I’m not sure if this is because of my phone type (iPhone 7 plus) but the bar at the top of the page covered part of the top row of the pictures in my feed and also covered the box to type in the caption so I couldn’t see what I was writing as I wrote it. Ghost mode was a good idea but I was unable to use it as demonstrated in the video, it didn’t seem like I could move my pictures around in the same way—while this could be an oversight on my part, if so I don’t think that should be that hard to figure out. MOSAICO in its design seems like it SHOULD be elegantly simple which is why I bought it, so it was a letdown that it didn’t feel smooth to use.

Update: The developer messaged me, scolding me for “using this forum to get faster help” instead of talking to their support team. I didn’t want help—I didn’t like MOSAICO ! I felt like I wasted my money on it, and I am allowed to write a review of my experience.

I love having MOSAICO to visual set up my Instagram feed. It is so simple to use, much easier than other similar ones I have tried to use. However, I recently posted an IGTV for the first time & the sample set doesn’t show up visually on the this app app. It’s really not sufficient that it doesn’t include video content because, although it acts somewhat of a guide, it’s not applicable any longer to visually preset my page. It looks like other people are experiencing MOSAICO shutting down on them, too. Last night it shut down on me causing me to lose the content I was writing. So, it’s pretty unreliable. I would love to spend to have the multiple accounts added, but not with these major complications.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of MOSAICO, given the negative reviews. But it was recommended by Sara Tasker of Me & Orla, who I pretty implicitly trust as an instagram resource. So I got it anyway! It is well worth it. I suspect a lot of the crashing issues are due to phones that aren't up to date enough to process MOSAICO. MOSAICO has crashed a couple of times on my iPhone 8+ but typically when I had too many apps running. MOSAICO has worked well, been perfect for my needs, and completely changed the way I instagram! I love this! ☺️

I paid to use premium because I wanted to do planning for a second account. It has never worked. It loads the pictures I have actually uploaded to Instagram out of order. Some are missing and some are repeated. I tried to delete the account in hopes refreshing it might help. Now, I can’t log back in. When I try, I get an “suspicious login attempt” notification (still within this app). I follow that menu to verify my account - it then logs me in, but doesn’t actually add the account to this app. Uprgrading to premium was a waste of money. There’s also no clear way to ask for help. All I’m left with is leaving a poor review.

I am so frustrated with MOSAICO. I was watching their video of how it works, yet I cannot get it to do what the video says it does. I purchased MOSAICO so I could arrange my posts before posting and look at the thumbnail layout ahead of time and make changes. What use is this if I can't do that? Why did the video show me that you could do that, but it actually doesn’t? I find that very misleading and wish I could have my $ back. I sent an email to customer service last week, to see if they could help me, and never heard back. This seems like another one of those develop and dump operations. Hello, anybody home?

I think I’ve pretty much tried everything on the market in this genre and even though it might not have as many features as some other apps, it focuses on the core needs and does that really well instead. No other app has presets for posting and the look and feel is beautiful!

I love MOSAICO , but they don’t listen to their supporters. There are several aspects of MOSAICO that are clunky that myself and others have asked to be updated over the last few years... and nothing.

MOSAICO is fantastic and incredibly useful, but the ability to select and move multiple images at a time is a must and is currently not featured.

Not to mention my this app feed has been glitched with duplicate image thumbnails instead of the actual images I posted on my actual Instagram.

I feel that they just don’t have a dedicated team of people who really take into account customer feedback and make the changes necessary to make MOSAICO what it could be. It’s disappointing, to say the least, because this app could easily be one of my favorites.

I haven't had any problems that other reviews have mentioned. It loads my uploaded images instantly an it is easy to rearrange the planned feed, prepare captions and schedule reminders to publish a photo. I really don't understand why some people are having problems it works perfectly fine.

I love MOSAICO. It helps me plan my Instagram posts. Although MOSAICO alleviates the stress and pressure to make my account look perfect, only gets three stars because it glitches. It takes hours to sync my photos with my account and there isn't a button to manually refresh. Other times it crashes. Rearranging or dragging photos around the grid also takes a while, too. Please fix these issues!

When MOSAICO was working okay enough (back in April/May) it was fine. Now there are so many glitches and issues with it that I just stopped using it all together. First off, MOSAICO crashes within 3 minutes 90% of the time, it doesn't load my current content, sometimes it just doesn't open, scrolling to organize your posts/pictures takes such a long time and is such a headache that it's not even worth it to use MOSAICO!

Please refund me my money for MOSAICO!!

I’ve had it since the first day it launched and now I use it for both my personal and business accounts.
User friendly, clean presentation...very very happy with this!

I like the ghost feature and that you can see how the pictures will move adding a new one, however running into a problem where MOSAICO is showing doubles of photos I already posted making it difficult to see and plan my feed. Nothing helps, tried redownlpading, restarting my phone, logging out...still the same

I love MOSAICO and use it all of the time, but it’s super frustrating. It stops working all of the time and there’s no way to refresh your feed. Often times it doesn’t link up with your insta account. It has many issues that should be fixed.

Super easy to use! I use it all the time to plan my insta feed, which is now much less of a hot mess and actually something I am happy with! Worth every penny and then some!

Love the idea behind MOSAICO - it’s genius. Unfortunately it freezes, closes, glitches, and doesn’t work SO frequently that it causes more harm than good! Please fix the bugs and make it more user-friendly! Then it will be an amazing planning tool especially for business insta accounts.
