5 mins ago I was on Mr Delivery trying to order the wings and rib combo and wanted to add “please add the blue cheese sauce” but it did not give me that option and i thought f why isn't it give me that option. Tried this app, waiting for my food right now with the blue cheese sauce. Thank you.

Orderin itself works excellently and is very efficient. But two of my closest friends were victims of credit card cloning fraud in the last 3 weeks because of Orderin so I will never use Orderin again. I’d rather call the restaurant directly than have to worry about my credit card being cloned and my money being stolen.

I suppose the polite term would be “daylight robbery”! Was charged R318 for an order that I collected, but was handed a slip of R277 from the restaurant. Order in then tried to blame the restaurant for giving me the wrong slip (even though it had everything on it that I ordered, then said their prices differ from the restaurant’s. Too many excuses. Not transparent enough, and WAYYYYY too expensive. Cannot recommend!

Orderin works well etc until you have a problem with your delivery and then get ready for a >20 min wait on the phone to sort it out. Totally unacceptable. Very poor backend service. This has happened to me a few times.

Estimated delivery time came and went, tried phoning the restaurant who said the driver hadn’t even picked up the order or contacted them yet. Tried getting hold of customer service with no answer. Order ended up being 45 min late. Very disappointed and will never use the service again

Unbelievably poor service! Waited 2.5 hours for the driver to pick up my food that had gone cold at the restaurant, before I tried unsuccessfully to cancel my order as I could not get through via any platforms!

Maybe your food will be delivered, maybe not. Don't bother calling customer support to find out, they aren't answering the phone....

I’ve ordered a few times and the order take over an hour to arrive. Most of the time I do not feel like eating and would just prefer a refund. Not good
