My flight was canceled without my approval and somehow it was my fault. I had made two flights on the same day as I booked my first on the wrong date I emailed customer service and had to wait forever to get a response back. I then finally found a number and talked with a representative she then canceled my flight during the call I thought all was sorted. I book a completely separate flight later in the afternoon, check my emails before going to bed and found out my flight I had just booked had been canceled. I was very confused as to why because i never wanted it canceled. I emailed them back and they said it had overran because I had made a cancellation earlier though I figured they should have that sorted??? I then Talked on the phone with a very rude representative who started yelling at me because I was asking how my flight was canceled without my approval. She started arguing with me and telling me I was the problem that they never canceled without customer approval I told her then how was my flight canceled without my approval? She started being very rude with me. I now have no flight thanks to fareness and my money has not been refunded. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE IN A BUNDLE OF MESS. TERRIBLE I would probably give them a negative 10 stars if possible.

I saw this app on Instagram and figured I would check out the prices they were advertising. After downloading the app, I explored a few vacation spots and the app forced me to upgrade to the premium version. The app was completely useless without a subscription. Note for developers: allow people to book flights despite not having a subscription. They do offer a free trial but, I don’t think the app is even worth paying for. It’s ranked 35th in Travel on the App Store so there are plenty other apps ready to use without a subscription. . . I know that you are able to use the app without a subscription however, it seems the primary way that this app gets money is from that subscription service. Also read the other reviews before downloading or subscribing to their service. #BuyerBeware

This app and company used to offer this product for free (making money from the airlines via kickbacks), however recently they decided to start charging for the app. They want you to get locked into a yearly subscription in order to access their “deals”. Other sites offer the same services (albeit with less search options) for free. If I was traveling monthly, this might be worth the cost, however since that’s not most people, you can’t expect that’ll happen. Well, the app was good while it last and while it was free. This app will be gone in a few short years unless changes are made to the pricing structure.
