Don’t do it they get your stuff THEN they wanna charge you after they mess up your iTunes!!!!!!!!
I’m completely new to all of this and they did everything they could to trick people like me. Don’t do it they get your stuff THEN they wanna charge you after they mess up your iTunes!!!!!!!! They claim to be free, even once you go get the download they never state you have to pay, to have anything to do with it past five pieces once they get it.

Do not buy!!
I am extremely disappointed. They advertise a product and ask all sorts of question when you try to get a refund. I have 3 iOS devices with the latest software. Why should I be interrogated for a useless product? IHave to rate in order to send, but please ignore the star. There should have been 5 minus stars as well!

I should have read the reviews carefully on Restore. Do not waste your money on Restore. You can get things out of your trash but you have to save it on Restore and the data makes absolutely no sense. My bad for not having a daily backup but this is a completely useless app and a total waste of money.

Deserves zero stars
I too downloaded Restore . Cost me $50. Turns out it doesn’t work unless you’ve backed up your texts to cloud or something. No where does it say that when I purchased it. And they DO NOT give refunds! TOTAL SCAM! I tried calling a few times & was met w/the same guy(heavy accent) at the call center.

What a HUGE waste of time!!!
Glad I didn’t purchase anything, but I have spent HOURS now trying to get data recovered from an old phone, to no avail. After having read other reviews, looks like I’m not the only one who had issues with this inconvenience. DON’T BOTHER!

Restore is a waste of time. It's not free. You have to download, signup with email, wait for their email confirmation for them to tell you "connect to a computer to recover data." Really?

-24/7 support is nonexistent
-Data shows up, but cannot be restored, spends hours restoring with no progress. Hence my experience with technical support.
-It takes hours to scan and populate data.
