Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Lucid app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Lucid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lucid app on iPhone
Update Lucid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lucid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lucid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lucid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Lucid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lucid app issues:

Force Stop the Lucid App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lucid app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lucid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lucid App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lucid app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lucid.

Fix Lucid unable to contact server/ Lucid internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lucid » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lucid » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lucid on android.
