You download MyPearson and all that you get is a welcome screen that gives you the option to register. When you click on that, nothing happens, it just takes you to a blank page. I can’t even access my account on Safari or Chrome on iPad. I really don’t understand why I’m paying so much for etexts and codes when they don’t even work! Pearson is just about the most useless and outdated learning tool available.

I have a fully updated iPhone X. When I open MyPearson , the only option I have is to register, but I already have an account online. Anyways, I click the register button and it opens a blank window that doesn't do anything else. The only options I have at that point are to go back or to click "done". Clicking done does nothing and clicking back takes me back to the page with the register button.

I just downloaded MyPearson but have not been having any luck being able to register. When trying to do so, after clicking on the register option the screens goes to what I would say would be the log in page however the page is only blank with no other option that to go back to the previous page. I tried to re-download MyPearson with no luck of it working either way.

Only got 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. When you open MyPearson , your only choice is to register, even if you already have an account. Click on register, and it takes you to a blank screen with the option to click back, which takes you back to the register back, or done, which does literally nothing. Already deleted.

If you thought maybe you’d be hopeful because most of these reviews are several months old, don’t bother. I was hopeful that maybe Pearson fixed their app because so many people are complaining about it, Pearson is used by so many school, and we SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON THEIR USELESS PRODUCTS because they’re a requirement. Nope. Wrong. As with everyone else, I just got a blank page after registration.

As a student I hate going on website, I like having apps were I can quickly open up files to check assignments. Pearson is used by one of my math professors and she expects us to have it but it disappoints me because when you open MyPearson there is nothing that you can do. It doesn’t let you register nor log in. MyPearson shouldn’t be available at this point.

Downloaded this because their desktop site wasn’t working in hopes that I could fish my homework on MyPearson before it was due, but no I could not. Never got the desktop site to work. Support was not working. Messed around with it for 3 hours and ended up getting a zero on my homework so that’s really amazing.

MyPearson does not work. You click to register and it takes you to a blank page. On the top it has the Back, Profile and Done option. The only thing that works is the back option which takes you straight back to the Register option.

I wanted to dow load this for my college math class but when I opened MyPearson it gives a welcome screen. There’s only one button which says register. You click the button and it’s a blank screen with only a back button in the top left corner. Don’t waste your time. (I’ve waited 2 weeks for it to work)

How can I rate MyPearson when I can’t even make beyond the introductory screen? I can’t even register to start using it although I already have an account. I click on register and it takes me to a blank screen, it doesn’t do anything. Apparently I’m not the only one. A waste of my time to download it.

MyPearson doesn’t work, you open it and a welcome page appears and the only option it gives you is to register but I already have an account and even if you try to register it doesn’t let you but the page goes blank! Why have an app if is not going to work.

Pearson material is supposed to be available to you through your smart phone or tablet. Download MyPearson and it literally does nothing. Huge let down because reviewing material would be great if you could do it anytime you have 2 minutes and your phone in your hand.

Downloaded this and it takes me to the home page. From there all you can click on is register. Once you click on that it takes you to a blank screen... Please fix this issue! I’m not the only one having it!

They still haven’t fixed a problem that someone complained about in October and it’s March now.
When I go to log into my account I have to hit register and then open a blank screen that will only let me go back.
Please fix this, it’d be a lot easier.

This is dumb, I can’t even log into Pearson, it just takes me to the profile page and it’s blank, not even a log in or anything. So what is the point to MyPearson if you can’t even use it.

Takes you to welcome page, doesn’t do anything when you click register. Doesn’t look like they’re doing anything to make this site for a mobile device. Why do I need to pay so much for such low quality?

Just downloaded on my iPhone and it does not work at all. Very disappointed because this would have made it easier for me to listen to while working or doing things around the house.

Neither MyPearson or website work I can’t do any of my assignments which is causing me to fail. Please fix your online problems quickly. Some of us what to pass our classes.
