Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever HDR app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix HDR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HDR app on iPhone
Update HDR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HDR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HDR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HDR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix HDR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HDR app issues:

Force Stop the HDR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HDR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HDR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HDR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HDR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HDR.

Fix HDR unable to contact server/ HDR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HDR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HDR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HDR on android.
