If I could give it one star I would. So I am a YouTuber (2k Twins) and I made a mistake and deleted one of my videos off of my iCloud. So I looked up how to this app videos from your iCloud and then I found Recover. I got so relieved until I tried to put my information in and it didn’t work until the fifth try. I finally got it to work and then when I pressed upload from iCloud, it just kept saying your action has fail would you like to try again. So I kept trying again. And it didn’t work so I came and looked at the reviews and it was mostly one star so I was like “wow” Recover is fake and deceiving. Right now I’m scanning my computer to make sure that Recover did not give me any viruses. Please do not download Recover to your Microsoft software or to your iPhone.

Most unfriendly software imaginable -end up going back to beginning on every reset -
email Chat useless -called via phone told 10 minute wait 20 minutes later message- no one available at this time they hung up!

Totally useless when you tap "How to Use" Recover goes straight to an add for another app that you have to buy. A complete POS, not worth the time it takes to click download much less anymore time from there.

The instruction are terrible. Also you can’t call for support, the only way to contact is texting.
I don’t recommend Recover unless the developers come here and help with instructions.

It is a little deceiving that you mention nothing About paying $50 bucks and downloading another software on your desktop to even access Recover . Don't waste your time unless you've got the money now.
