I recently purchased VisitorsPro but it really wasn’t anything I was looking for. Can you refund me my $9.99? I didn’t even have VisitorsPro for longer than 24 hours because it wasn’t doing what I wanted it to do. It didn’t track your “visitors” or “stalkers” like it says it will. Instead, all it did was track who had commented and liked more of your posts compared to others which there are plenty of free apps for that.

VisitorsPro is really trash. I payed the $9.99 for the unlimited option and really regret this purchase. VisitorsPro stays stuck on analyzing for days. I’ve contacted the developers and nothing has been done. App is trash and customer service is just as bad. Save your $$$

Wasn’t allowing me to login AND every time I tried to login I kept getting notified by Instagram that there was suspicious activity from another location and phone

Total fail. Never worked. Just spun a wheel saying “analyzing” every time I tried to use it. (10-20 attempts) Sent them a message and the help suggested was “install and uninstall” Ummm.... yeah that occurred to me too as I have a couple brain cells available. Buggy. Crappy. Terrible support. Pass.

Though it would tell you when the times and how many times a person has visited but it doesn’t even update right I feel like VisitorsPro truly needs some help getting some upgrades because as of now it’s terrible don’t buy it please ...

VisitorsPro does not show you who visits your profile, like the name suggests. It just tells you who likes and comments on your posts the most... which you can do with your own eyes on instagram sooooo this is a waste

you guys seriously don’t purchase the 9.99 option because i have not found a way to refund it and all you need to do if you really want to see is just compare the profile photos in VisitorsPro to your follower list in instagram...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN VisitorsPro!!!

All VisitorsPro does is show you who’s liked your photos, saying it’s profile views but I tested it and it’s simply telling you what you can already see on your Instagram - total scam and when I asked to be refunded o got attitude and now have to waste time chatting with iTunes - DONT DO IT!
