NLT Bible. Holy Audio Version Reviews

This is the easiest to read translation of all. I have given several of the Inspire Bibles as gifts to women for a variety of reasons. I so wish there was a Inspire Bible for men with fishing hooks, horses, anchors, pine cones etc. what an awesome wedding gift for a couple to begin their journey with Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth (Bible) God bless all involved in creating this beautiful gift. I have committed to giving all of my nieces one for their 13th Birthday, I so wish for a design for my nephews. I have been working on sketches for a male design. I love to read my fathers word each day ,for he gives me exactly what I need ,now not always what I want to here but the words to guide me through each day , so thank you for helping and doing your part ,we all have a responsibility to each other with each one different, some don’t understand that ,thinking that we all have the same job ,but if that was the case nothing would get done , if everyone would do there part for just one person this world would be a much better place ,so let us all help carry one another’s burdens so the father can lift us all , .

I honestly have downloaded different bible apps this was has been my favorite. My phone needed a reboot so I lost all of my apps, when I went to look for NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion I could not find it, I was a little disappointed but then I prayed and asked the Lord and a few days later I finally found it. NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion is organized not to much clutter, and I love how you can click on the scripture and highlight it and then you can go into the section where is says highlighted and read all the things you thought were touching, important etc. I also love the interpretation it’s not sugar coated like some other versions.

I love this translation for many reasons one reason is that it is easy to understand but it is not for dumb people meaning it is not a kids version it just give the right amount of tweaking to make it good for kids but still for real and very educational. Another reason I love this translation is that it does not leave out any information as many bibles do. I am very thankful for everyone that took their time and effort to make NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion. God put it on my heart to try out this translation and I am very glad I did.

It is great and ya y’all might think that this is like when someone pas someone to put five stars but I really do love NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion it’s simple and it’s good that you can also listen to a person read it to you instead of you reading it NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion is just perfect for like. 7-12 it’s simple for them to understand and while they get older go to king James (new) for them to understand a bit more but NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion it’s just wonderful to bring kids closer to god 😅😇😚🙏🏽

I really enjoy the way it reads. There are some translation issues but the gospel is very clear. Also wherever a number is written in the text could be made a little clearer for example: 31/4.... Is that 31 4THs or 3 and 1/4. I know what it is, but the way it is in the text is unclear. I would choose a different font, make the size as the text and at least put a space for clarity, i.e, 3 1/4. I also would like better high lighting and cross referencing. Also there was at least one place the Holy Spirit was referred to as "she" which is a very huge problem! The Godhead is masculine the creation is feminine.

This is by far the best bible I have found.
Went thru around 14 bible apps, and found one for me. It lets you go through different versions, like KJV, etc. to find the best verse that works for you, the individual.
So anyway, try it, if you don’t like it, well I don’t know what to tell you. Also, there is no in app purchases. Which if there is any in app purchases for any bible, then what does that tell you? Try it, you won’t be disappointed. CRB, ILLINOIS..

I have a few bible apps on my phone.

As I compare this to the others, I would have to say that it's my 2nd favorite, right after the "Bible Gateway" app.

My only complaint is that while reading the Bible in NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion, I don't think you can simply "click" on the book title on top of the page to switch books (like moving from the book of Genesis to the book of Luke). You have to click on the menu button, then on "table of contents," and then scroll through to find what you're looking for.

It's not a "huge" deal. It just makes it hard to keep up with pastors that move from verse to verse at the speed of crack.

I personally like to set the font to Baskerville, in dark mode, with the "page turning" mode on.
I think it looks nifty.

This version helps me in my daily bible study and allows me to go back and forth from the KJV and the ESV and NLT to get a better understanding for God’s plan not only for my life but for all who believe in His Son Jesus Christ. The ease of moving through the Bible with NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion is awesome and to be able to adjust the text size for better reading is great. Thank you for putting together such a great tool that really helps me in my daily walk with God.

The footnotes in our Bibles sometimes don’t give enough to go on. Between my read the Bible in a year, the Bible apps in two versions and the search capability makes knowledge, wisdom and understanding very close
I redline everything that grips me and is necessary for everyone. I have not seen redline capability yet, but if there is I could do it all through NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion

NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion has features that make its usage convenient. I enjoy using its audio while resting. The ability to choose font style and size is useful while sharing and/or commuting; as is the page flipping feature. However, the need to access the content page for going to distant books is awkward. This renders cross references inconvenient. And, it requires a better than average memory, or manual noting, for multiple cross referencing.

I'm m 70 years old, so I have seen quite a few different versions of the Bible. I got the NLT Bible in 2014 which also included the online version for my devices. Two years ago our pastor started using the NLT exclusively in his sermons.

My husband does in depth Bible study, and has been using the NLT as a point of reference in his studies also.

This version of the Bible is so easy to understand. It speaks to me. I love the convenience of having NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion on my phone. It reminds me to read if I’ve gone a few days without opening it: “did you forget to read today?” I love how it keeps me on track when life pulls us all over the place. So grateful for those quiet moments when it’s just His Word and I.

I Appreciate NLTBibleHolyAudioVersion for many different reasons - the main being that I am able to access the Bible: audio and, also, page for page reading it - all while being off-line.

The differing settings help to bring scripture to life as well. Definitely worth the space it takes up on my phone!

I love this Bible. Goes everywhere with me. When I have a chance to read it in a doctors office, waiting to be called on or A plane ride flying across country or anywhere else that I have the time. I don’t have to lug my Bible in my carry bag any more because its on my phone and my phone is always with me. On top of all this it’s also so easy to understand.
