Items Not Delivered
I am quite disappointed with CollectiveGoods. I downloaded CollectiveGoods after seeing a display at my school and whereas I don’t carry cash it seemed like a logical idea. I placed my order and paid for the items and when items were delivered my items were not included in the shipment with those items ordered using the sign up sheet even though CollectiveGoods indicated they were delivered on that day. I contacted our school rep inquiring why ... but here I sit without my items. Clicked the feedback on CollectiveGoods and they promptly responded with a “contact your rep” ... not very good customer service on CollectiveGoods side. I will be deleting CollectiveGoods, which will mean I will not be ordering any more items from this company.

Great selection!
After downloading CollectiveGoods , I was able to look at so much more than the items on my current display! WOW!! My display rep has a very wide variety of not only books, but really cool gift ideas. Can’t wait for the next display!

Very, very disappointing app
I was going to use CollectiveGoods to shop because next payday in 2 weeks (when they won’t be here) is a better time for me, cause I paid rent this check therefore I can’t afford to shop this payday. I can’t get past the first screen looking for a display in my area. Apparently there isn’t one even though there is one downstairs in the same building I am in. I am just going to delete CollectiveGoods , and pay more for stuff elsewhere next payday. Thanks for nothing.

Online shopping is the future!
Shopping online with Collective Goods is so much easier than writing a check or getting cash out of my wallet. I just pick what I want and it’s brought to me, no hassle at all!

What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work??
My mother in-law and I wanted to see what was available in our display but nothing pulls up at all. The rep for northern Utah needs to keep CollectiveGoods updated, you’d make a lot more money and have way more business. It’s a shame.
