Functional on a base level
While it is possible to sign in and view points/the initial screen for your behavior history, you cannot tap on the links associated with each action to find more information. Also, when clicking on the account settings button, there is no discernible way to navigate back to the home screen without closing Hero and re-opening it.

I had given this a 1* before because I couldn’t see the option to add multiple students even though the UI does seem to support that. I could see “change student” but couldn’t see how to add them. Apparently, the problem is on the safari browser the + to add the student doesn’t show when you’ve already added one student. I did it in my Chrome in my laptop and it was there just fine, so I changed the review to 5*... I mean it does what it’s supposed to do, which is view my kids’ behavior points.

Okay I Guess
Hero I guess is okay if you just want to check your “this app points”. It won’t even show me my classes, or the teacher that gave me that “this app point”. I would rather use something else, but that is what my school assigned.

Okay so if you can’t login I doubt it’s Hero , because I logged in and out multiple times with no problem.🤷🏽♀️

Never Updates
Hero has never updated my students progress. It doesn’t give any details as to why things are done. This is a terrible system. If zero stars were an option I’d definitely give Hero that

Every time I try to login it says that it unavailable and even if I put the right password and gmail it still doesn’t let I made sure I put it in right but still wouldn’t work. They really need to fix this.

Horrible
I absolutely hate Hero, ever since schools have gotten it I have realized more negative behaviors and teachers getting more aggressive. This system makes it easier for teachers to “abuse” thier power over their students.

Worst app ever in the history of educational apps
Hero won’t let me log in and I tried doing my student Id and my Student Id with the letters ABC so I don’t know what is wrong with this dumb app. But please fix Hero big time.

Logged in online to website on Windows 10 with working login information. Same login information work with app. Garbage. Trash. Apple, please recycle Hero.

I downloaded Hero and had no issue logging in but I question why schools would purchase this. Hero is a waste of time and money.

So apparently the school wants me to use Hero and the login credentials will not work. This is not going to be fun, nor will it be interesting for the years for me.
