Terrible Quality—Crashes, Mic problems, and more

This app has major problems. I used it for All-Region, and it has crashed consistently upon attempts to record, requiring a relaunch of the app. On one occasion it just froze and deleted my finished recording. In addition, it has major mic problems. I cannot adjust gain with this app even though my mic has a physical gain switch, and it creates random popping noises in addition to cutting off or distorting my sound. I tried my computer, my iPhone 11, two different external mics (AT2100X and a Blue Yeti), and both work fine with other software, but not this app. This app has potential to be great software, website included. It could be a huge advancement for music education, and I appreciate what they’re trying to do. However, in its current state, I cannot recommend this app in any manner for any online music education or recordings at the moment.

App doesn’t even work

I had to use this for chorus class. I don’t understand the point of downloading the app instead of using the website, WHICH ACTUALLY WORKS. My teacher said that Apple products don’t work well with the website and that we needed to download the app. I used the website at first because it was easy to use and it worked perfectly fine, but then I downloaded the app on my phone to see if all the reviews are true. I CAN’T EVEN USE THE APP BECAUSE THE STUPID THING IS STUCK ON THE LOADING SCREEN. When I first downloaded the app I waited patiently for it to load but after a minute or two it just said “Error: The request timed out.” It’s a waste to download the app. Just use the website. TL;DR: App gets stuck on loading screen. After a minute, it times out. Don’t even bother.

Not that great

I had to redownload this app three times cause it wouldn’t take me pass the loading screen, the amount of effort put into this wasn’t to high, the tuning is off, when singing it says that I didn’t finish and took points off.... I can’t believe that I’m getting graded for this. My only hope is that teachers and instructors see these bad reviews and think twice before grading their student's to harshly before it is fixed
