I tried WhatsGoodMarketplace for pickup order for the first time last week. When I went to pickup my order, I was handed a 1/2 gallon of goat milk, where the container looked old. So I checked the container and found that the expiration date was over a month past. The pickup tent people did not think this was an issue since it was frozen... dairy still perishes even if frozen... it wasn’t until I took it to the manager’s tent that they would let me return it... I have yet to see the refund.

I purchased through farmers market app in hopes of getting something fresh but instead they try to sell expired dairy cause it’s an app order?

Very enjoyable user experience. Allows you to shop at a number of local merchants and this service picks up all your items and delivers them to you. Only weird part is each store shows up on your credit card as a separate charge, but everything else was flawless. Food came in a nice reusable bag and the driver was friendly as can be. Will definitely keep using!

App does not work by choosing a location alone without using location services. In this era of massive misuse and corporate profit of consumer data gained through applications, it’s left up to each one of us to protect our personal data. I don’t often use location services and it instead choose to enter my home city for apps like this. When doing that with WhatsGood, WhatsGoodMarketplace will not function. Perhaps a coding error, but perhaps a blatant attempt by the developer to force consumer use and disclosure of location services. Not cool either way.

How lucky are we to have access to fresh whole foods, with the added ability to support local farms and businesses, at our fingertips, during a global pandemic in RHODE ISLAND?! I could not be more pleased with my experience, particularly the customer service which is so helpful and friendly. A+ all the way.

Products and service great but not feeling confident in getting credit for ordered items that are then not available. We should get credit immediately and don’t feel that is happening.

It is so nice to get local Rhode Island farm fresh goods delivered to my home for a low delivery charge. They come right to your door, with food in a lovely freezer pouch, and even offer to put the food in the fridge for you! If you aren’t going to be home you leave a cooler on your porch.
So far I have enjoyed organic eggs, pork chops, chicken breasts, and ground beef! You can’t go wrong, so go ahead and try them!

Great products, timely & friendly delivery. They frequently send out promo codes for significant discounts, but the farmers still get paid their normal rate from what I understand. WhatsGoodMarketplace itself is a little clumsy (and I would like to be able to order from a computer as well), but I’m optimistic that it will get better.

Really frustrating app! Have been trying to pre-order per vendor’s instruction, but it says vendor “not available.” Tried messaging, but was only sent to a useless link and then told I would get an answer “in several hours.” After more rooting around, I think I have discovered that I need to order three days early, but who can tell because WhatsGoodMarketplace is so bad. Great idea...too bad it is so user unfriendly. And I DEFINITELY plan to share my dissatisfaction with market organizers and vendor who said to use it!

My husband and I are so happy we ordered through WhatsGood. We were referred by a friend to try WhatsGoodMarketplace and we love it! It’s nice being able to support our local farms and bring fresh food to the table for not only us but our one year old son. Would highly recommend WhatsGoodMarketplace to all!

Love WhatsGoodMarketplace with a few small adjustments it could be great. Can be difficult to make adjustments to the order without having to abandon the cart and start completely over again. If that could be fixed it would be perfect!

As much fun as it is going to a farmers market it’s tough to make the time every week. This allows us to get local food and support local businesses. App is seamless and I haven’t had any issues.

I tried to set up an account to see what is available in my area for the selection of farmers markets, and I can’t even get past the address page. Kept telling me my location wasn’t found, so I wasn’t even able to get to any other point to use WhatsGoodMarketplace . Really hope they fix it so I can maybe try to make it work.

This has been a great resource for me to be connected to farmers for fresh produce. WhatsGoodMarketplace is set up well and the delivery process is seamless. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great service! Easy to use and all the food was fresh and delicious. Everything I would normally buy at the farmer’s market without waiting in line!

Works but as it is designed, isn’t formatted well for a small phone. The header takes up half the screen. With the blue shopping bar at the bottom, I can only see 1-2 food items at a time.

WhatsGoodMarketplace connects me with products from local farmers and merchants, is easy to use, and offers excellent pickup and delivery options. The virtual farmers market is here and it is WhatsGood!

Like everything else it’s great as long as it works. When it doesn’t, good luck trying to contact anybody and getting a response. There is only so much time I can spend to get my $16 back but it’s a huge turnoff.

Requires a lot of personal information before even showing what they offer in your area.

WhatsGood has been a terrific way for us to finally have access to local food without having to “crack the code”.
Fresh food and friendly service with eco-friendly delivery packaging at your convenience.......What else do you need!
