I tried the app for pickup order for the first time last week. When I went to pickup my order, I was handed a 1/2 gallon of goat milk, where the container looked old. So I checked the container and found that the expiration date was over a month past. The pickup tent people did not think this was an issue since it was frozen... dairy still perishes even if frozen... it wasn’t until I took it to the manager’s tent that they would let me return it... I have yet to see the refund.
I purchased through farmers market app in hopes of getting something fresh but instead they try to sell expired dairy cause it’s an app order?

Really frustrating app! Have been trying to pre-order per vendor’s instruction, but it says vendor “not available.” Tried messaging, but was only sent to a useless link and then told I would get an answer “in several hours.” After more rooting around, I think I have discovered that I need to order three days early, but who can tell because the app is so bad. Great idea...too bad it is so user unfriendly. And I DEFINITELY plan to share my dissatisfaction with market organizers and vendor who said to use it!

I tried to set up an account to see what is available in my area for the selection of farmers markets, and I can’t even get past the address page. Kept telling me my location wasn’t found, so I wasn’t even able to get to any other point to use the app. Really hope they fix it so I can maybe try to make it work.
