How to fix uSign app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the uSign app on iPhone
Update uSign app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall uSign iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix uSign on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve uSign network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

uSign Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix uSign not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the uSign App
1. On android, goto Settings » uSign » click [Force Stop]

Update uSign to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear uSign App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » uSign » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart uSign.

Fix uSign unable to contact server/ uSign internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click uSign » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto uSign » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch uSign
