I am having trouble downloading the app to my phone since you changed it. I can’t even get my points or scan the receipt to get any more points. My wife and I love going there to eat, but if we can’t do the app, it’s no sense going there to eat, I text that a couple days ago and I called last night and left a message with the operator and still haven’t heard anything. I DO NOT want to PAY to get an answer why my double points did not register in my account. The online help desk should do that for customers without an additional charge when it is the company's error. I do not want to put my financial information online for that.

Have a 50/50 shot at getting the scan to work on receipts. Online ordering is a joke for several reasons 1) you cannot order from the whole menu...no option for the kid’s menu items. 2) there are no descriptions of the various chicken salads 3) if you click the wrong button, you end up being taken out of the order and losing anything you’ve previously added
I’m doubtful there will be any meaningful updates to address these issues as I see so many reviews that lament on the same issues, and many are 1-2 years old. I wish corporate and app development cared as much about their customers as the employees at my local store do.

I don’t understand why you won’t invest a little money into fixing this awful app for your customers. There are multiple problems and considering all of the bad reviews you have to be aware of them, so why won’t you fix it? I love CSC and I order here a lot. Its so frustrating that the app won’t automatically give me my rewards. I shouldn’t have to email you for them and I shouldn’t have to scan anything! Not to mention all the other stupid issues. I and so many others spend a lot of money in your restaurants. We are your loyal customers and are asking you to fix the issues with this app!

I don’t usually do reviews, but this is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used. By time I maneuver through the app trying to get my order placed I’m literally starving. While ordering there are no food description as to what’s in each salad. You have to leave the app and google salad descriptions. After maneuvering through the app trying to get the order placed if you hit the back button before actually placing the food in the cart your entire order is lost. Trust me it’s easier to go through the drive thru during rush hour on a Friday afternoon than it is to use this app.
