Will not let me add my receipt.
Cannot create a new profile on phone app OR website. Error message simply reads "There were errors with your request" although there are no errors noted on any of the data fields, and the data I entered is correct, the passwords match, etc. I tried using my old password from a month ago and newly created passwords. Same result. I tried to order online as a guest: that seemed to work UNTIL I tried to submit the order--THEN I got an error message telling me to "enter a complete credit card number." I double-checked, and I triple-checked: I correctly entered all 16 digits, and all other related CC data, multiple attempts woth 2 difference cards, all same result: "enter a complete credit card number." I thought, Perhaps it's just the website; I'll try creating the new profile on the new app instead. All errors desribed above were replicated on my CSC app as well, just as described. By then, a LONG 15 minutes had passed. I had to go to the store and place the order at the counter for our office lunch meeting, where I was told nobody else had told [her] they had any problems, and I just needed to create a new profile with my same email, etc... Needless to say, lunch for the meeting arrived late and until/unless this issue is resolved, I will have to get our Monday group lunches elsewhere. And yes, I have a LOT of points awaiting transfer to the new, currently disfunctional app/website. And I've been ordering business lunches online from websites and (more recently) from apps for WELL over 20 and over 10 years, respectively. So, I actually do know how to follow procedures, and how to troubleshoot them.
Cannot submit my receipt on 10-4-24 for rewards on my new CSC app. The store code is 0002, ticket number #22311616, for $20.78 (without tax). The feedback while trying to submit says "resource not available". Please advise. I do not want to lose my points. Thanks!

I can’t log into the app. When I try to reset my password I can never get an email to do this. I have over 1,000 points. I would really appreciate some help. My old password only has 7 characters.
I ordered on 9.13.22 for double point day but I get an error when I scan the barcode. I typed in the receipt number and I get an invalid error. I go to contact customer service and get an error there as well.
