on an iphone 6, i tried opening it, but it didnt open. only for a split second did it stay open. though you advertise it to be for (almost) all iphones and ipads in SafeCleaner store, it doesnt work for an iphone 6! please make it more simple and able to be opened by all devices, no matter how old. if you do NOT fix this, i will keep the one-star review. you really just advertise on safari but when they press ‘close’ it still brings you to SafeCleaner store. you just want money because you guys are gold diggers and scam for money with pop-up ads that arent even true, then make both buttons bring you here, then make the viewer download it anyways. this is a terrible design, lying to them and making them think theres a virus when theres not. please make it so that its truthful and not lie to them. also, you lied by putting ‘5 stars!’ in the picture gallery thing which is lying for downloads. this was 3.4 stars when i last saw it. DO NOT KEEP THIS BEHAVIOR UP. THIS BEHAVIOR IS LYING FOR MONEY, AND IS ALSO UNABLE TO BE OPENED BY AN IPHONE 6.

SafeCleaner popped up while browsing web sayin I need to clear my phone from g by viruses. I install app w free trial to find it help absolutely nothing. 🤷🏻♂️

You need to start sending notifications 24 hours prior to charging someone so they are aware of it in case they do not have the funds
I want SafeCleaner to be removed, and fully refund the money to my account. It was accidentally placed onto my phone!

They took my money to clean my phone but was not able to clean my files only were able to clean contacts, photos and videos did not have virus in them

Found out about SafeCleaner through a popup intended to scare people that their devices are infected with some virus and will explode in 69 seconds etc. Do not download! There’s plenty of apps that work far better with way less scammy stuff. Wish I could give less stars.

User-friendly interface for quick scanning, it is possible to see a thumbnail photo before deleting, for those who are not used to manually waste time removing duplicates - I recommend it.
Good application, did it’s job perfectly, I don’t have to select the files myself, files automatically selected, the first time I checked what exactly are going to be removed.
