False advertisement and watch the subscription!

I downloaded this app just for the dot counter. I ignored the other reviews that stated the dot counter wasn’t accurate and purchased a month subscription (luckily I only bought one month) just to test the dot counter. It simply didn’t work. It counted maybe half of the dots even with a perfect picture.
I was also extremely disappointed that this app uses a subscription model. Be very careful and ensure you go into your App Store account and cancel the subscription so that you aren’t charged monthly.
Shame on you, Zach Miles.

Taking a photo to count pips would be great! The reason I bought the app, in fact. However, that camera function doesn’t work; and not because of the pip color…it actually will count SOME pips on one domino, but not all. Maybe experimental, but imo shouldn’t have been advertised as a feature unless it does what it’s supposed to do. Appreciate the effort, tho. I’ll buy this if that ever gets fixed. In the meantime, I’ll just add on my own and ask for my money back.
Camera can’t count

I don’t usually write reviews so this app is that bad.
For one thing, you have to watch an ad to use the camera, very inconvenient.
After watching the required 30s ad I tried multiple times to use the camera to count the very obviously painted dots on ONLY 3 dominoes, and it came up with a different number each time. I tried from multiple angles, plenty of lighting, this app does not work for camera counting, which is the only reason I wanted to try it. So bad.
