Guys, your customer service FAQ states you are "evaluating" having print subscribers access the digital content on ScubaDiving.
When divers travel or they want to show some of the many products your publication covers and reviews, they don't take the print edition, they want to share the content digitally.
Surely you want folks to look at those products, yes?
Until then, I'm uninstalling.
Hoping you evaluate this carefully as the iPad app is not a money maker but a conduit towards it.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

have print subscription via PADI. It worked for about a year. It still accepts my login.

Tried to purchase a subscription via iTunes. It gladly took my money.

A week later it still does nothing. No issues downloadable. Period.

Note to developer: please don’t ask me to either a) reload ScubaDiving , or b) what type iPad and iOS.

I reloaded ScubaDiving several times, on three different iPads running threes different iOSs. The problem is on your end.

Whomever wrote ScubaDiving likely wrote ScubaDiving for The Journal Science. Science is a great journal, but ScubaDiving won’t let you download more than one issue to keep in your library.

Bought latest issue,single without subscription . Updated and now my issue disappeared before I even finished reading. Please reinstate my copy. One star is too much until you fix this issue.

Downloaded app, bought two issues and subscription, downloaded them, then they disappeared and don't appear for download again. In fact now the 'store' in app looks blank. Needs to be fixed.

I just downloaded ScubaDiving . Signed in, as I am already a subscriber. App will only let me do a free trial, or purchase individual months. I am unable to view anything even though I have an annual subscription. What is up?

I agree with the first reviewer. We have been magazine subscribers for years. There should be a way for us to view it online, very few magazines are charging for both online and paper subscriptions.

I use ScubaDiving on my iPad, and it works alright, but it needs a lot of help especially on the iPhone. It isn’t sized for the iPhone X for starters. The UI is very confusing, where, even after you sign in to your subscription, it asks you to subscribe. It is hard to tell what is downloaded and what isn’t. And reading isn’t an enjoyable experience. I would suggest the developers take a look at the National Geographic app for some inspiration of what is possible.

I am already a subscriber to the print version and this does not give me the option to have the ipad version under my current print subscription. At least not that I can tell. Love the magazine though and highly recommend it!!

I am currently a hard copy subscriber of Scuba Diving magazine and would hope your company would have an option to receive previous IPad downloads for free by using my online login that I have created in the past to access the customer service areas already.

Consumer Reports ipad version has an excellent example of this resource ability.

Please consider this request!

Other than that the digital magazine works well with my limited 1st viewing tonight.

In order to change between issues you must uninstall and then reinstall ScubaDiving and then repeat to look at other issues.

If you have a print subscription for magazine, you have to buy another subscription to read the same magazine on your iPad/iPhone/iPod. Not what I would call a good deal.

Wish they would link this to people's current subscriptions on the paper version. So many other mags do, but not this one. I love the articles and pictures!!

ScubaDiving is good so I think I’m blind but I can’t figure out how to get to the menu that allows me to view other issues. I’m stuck on one specific magazine issue and can’t seem to navigate to another. Anyone know how to do that?

Works great on my iPad. No Crashes and love the ability to download previous issues. Great App
