How to fix SAVO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SAVO app on iPhone
Update SAVO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SAVO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SAVO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SAVO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SAVO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SAVO app issues:

Force Stop the SAVO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SAVO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SAVO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SAVO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SAVO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SAVO.

Fix SAVO unable to contact server/ SAVO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SAVO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SAVO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SAVO on android.
