Long time subscriber, last December singed up for a year with digital print. Repository suggested to use new app. Did for a few months and recently cannot access my subscription. 2-3 weeks of calls and emails to Repository and only one call back saying from them that they are having issues. As of today still no resolve, and 5 months of paid up subscription going to waste.

It was so easy to view rep before, now it has become difficult. It is so much harder, doesn’t always come up. It takes me around in circles until finally I hit right buttons. Very disappointing.

Now it is difficult to use. Every time I try to open app, it comes up “sorry, please contact Robin Foss at the repository. I emailed this person and never get a response back. So disappointed because I used to really like this app.
