Close and restart the Blowly app on iPhone
Update Blowly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blowly iPhone app

Fix Blowly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blowly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Blowly app issues:

Force Stop the Blowly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Blowly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Blowly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blowly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Blowly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Blowly.

Fix Blowly unable to contact server/ Blowly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Blowly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Blowly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blowly on android.
