Fax + Send Fax from iPhone Reviews

This is not actually a free trial. I subscribed for what I thought was a 3-day free trial for this service, relying on what is advertised on the subscription screen. Instead, my bank was charged the full amount immediately. Then, when attempting to use the service that I was charged for, FaxSendFaxfromiPhone would not function. I receive “Fax sending error” messages. When attempting to cancel the subscription, FaxSendFaxfromiPhone defers to the Apple Store to issue a refund. I sent a complaint to the Apple Store with no clear time horizon that I will receive a response or refund. I called my bank to report the charge and to explore options there. Overall, what should have been a quick and smooth process has turned into an ordeal spanning hours. Don’t download FaxSendFaxfromiPhone unless you are comfortable with being charged immediately for a service that may not function.

I have recently experienced problems retrieving faxes/documents via FaxSendFaxfromiPhone. It took several minutes for documents to load - if they loaded at all. When they didn't load I either got error messages or was kicked back to the previous page. Experienced similar problems at the website too. I also experienced problems sending and receiving faxes both from FaxSendFaxfromiPhone and at the website. The service provision is intermittent

I run an automotive transport company. I am constantly in my truck and away from fax machines. And the cost of time money to go to a truck stop to receive faxes a pick up orders is appalling. For the price I pay for EFax and the quality of faxes I get. I can access them anyway. And print them from anywhere any computer with the printer. I understand some people's concerns and problems they had with EFax but they've done a great job to fix any bugs or issues with their service.

FaxSendFaxfromiPhone is very easy to use and convenient. I can upload documents pretty much from any other app. I saw a complaint that you cant see what you sent. I thought the same thing but just discovered that's untrue. Just go to account settings--> get account history. It will email you a copy of all the documents you ever sent out.

The in-app purchase didn’t bother me but the fact FaxSendFaxfromiPhone appears to be a fraud does. You can’t send anything for free and have to buy a subscription-if you click the 3 day FREE trail it will charge you full price after fyi. My document would never send. I kept receiving “error”, I used the contact us information to send an email about troubleshooting this issue and received a reply back that the email actually does not even exist. I started to look through reviews and notice all the 5 stars are fairly similar and from similar sources. I’d definitely use another source than this one!

HOW DOES APPLE ALLOW FaxSendFaxfromiPhone?! Apple moderates what is offered, yet a fraud has made it through. FaxSendFaxfromiPhone does NOT WORK. If you were hoping to check it out, you are forced to sign up for a yearly subscription with a “3 day trial” that doesn’t ever happen. They charge you immediately and you are forced to get apple involved to get a refund. The developers have no legitimate contact information, and all the 5 star reviews are bought and paid for. Most are done on the same days. Just read ANY of one star reviews. They all say the same thing. Doesn’t work. Fraud. Apple should do better. FaxSendFaxfromiPhone should be ashamed, but a thief never is.

It’s essentially a scam. It says you have a free three day trial that you can cancel at almost any time, but it immediately charges $20-90 to your account. Luckily, Apple was able to give me a refund, but it took several days. As for the product itself, it was very poor. The first time I used it, my fax was on the sending screen for ten minutes (when it said it would take about four), and the second time it wouldn’t work, despite me trying to send a fax three times in a row. All in all, don’t use FaxSendFaxfromiPhone, unless you want to have a very stressful time.

Is a really good program. I do property management and am always on the go. This way I am able to send (and receive) faxes from wherever I am. Only thing I would really like is the ability to sign faxes using the screen. (Instead of just digitally signing them). If it had that function I would give it 5 stars.

I've been a paid eFax users for many years and this is a great addition to my iPad and iPhone arsenal of tools. My only complaint is that I should be able to store my fax number and password in the software and not have to enter it each time.

This is the best fax app ever! I have tried several and this one out performs any of the others I have used. The only improvement I would recommend is the ability to access document images with fax receipt for reference.

FaxSendFaxfromiPhone needs a makeover to catch up with the times ie iPad and iPhone. I'd love to be able to send print jobs to my HP printer via air print directly from the efax app. You have to download the HP ePrint app and send print jobs to your printer email or if you get your faxes to PDF to your email

This is amazing! I heard about it and immediately had to check it out. Scan documents from camera phone and then press send. Then a receipt of delivery is sent. Technology just keeps getting better!

Everything worked perfectly until it was time to send the fax. All my documents uploaded with no issues. When I tried to send the fax and it stated I should sign up for the 1 year subscription for the 3 days trial. There is no 3 days trail they charge you immediately and the service does not work . I sent the fax it immediately stated error !! I tried to email support and it wasn’t even a valid email address. 100% a scam!!!

I like FaxSendFaxfromiPhone. It definitely fax documents to where they need to be. However I don鈥毭劽磘 like that you can鈥毭劽磘 review what you sent. It doesn鈥毭劽磘 show the document. It only states that something was sent.

I'm a truck driver that goes up to Canada from the U.S. I have to fax papers to cross the border. Unfortunately our shippers fax machine didn't work and I was freaking out. Some co-workers recommended FaxSendFaxfromiPhone and it's perfect! I can fax my paperwork to customs on my phone without a problem!! Thank you!
