CRYSC Reviews

So far no data has been put in CRYSC so you can’t look up anything regarding calendars or teams. I don’t know if that has to be put in by coaches or Rapids. Serves no purpose to people right now.

CRYSC constantly tells me to go to CRYSC Store and download the latest version. This happens ALL the time, even when I delete and redownload it. Sooo frustrating when trying to communicate with the team.

Doesn’t interface with iPhone calendars, making any kind of sharing of events impossible. App sends you alerts for new messages, but nothing is displayed in CRYSC from the coach. It just goes to email? What’s the point of even having this poorly made app if messages use email and the calendar won’t share info? Worthless just like LeagueApps customer “support”.

I keep getting a message to install the new version. The new version is 4 months old and is the same I have had on my phone for months. Can not see or read anything. Calendars do not sync, messages are through email and not text. Messages are missed app is not updated. Not a good way to organize.

The new update for I phones is terrible!!! It won’t allow you to save any new events and always defaults back to today’s date and time when trying to add new events. Please give us back the old version or actually update a version that works correctly.

Pretty much useless and no real significant changes/updates. The best info is from the coaches via group text.
Even Team Snap was better (not by much though).
Whatever you guys are paying your IT crew cancel it and get someone who can design/integrate useful info for the parents.

CRYSC won’t let me open it because it says it needs an update. There is no update available. I deleted CRYSC and downloaded again. Still says it needs to be updated. CRYSC has always been trash, but now it’s completely useless.

CRYSC is constantly down and/or glitchy. Seriously the most frustrating sports app out there. Hopefully Rapids Youth will get organized and fix all these problems.

Great app for soccer times!

What a waste. The iPhone version of CRYSC only selectively updates some of the team chat messaging. And by some I mean only a few.

When folks send messages to the teams I’ll get a notification of it but when I go into CRYSC nothing is there. Only a few of the tram chats show up. If you go to the actual website you get to see all of the chats and conversations that you are missing out on and not showing up in CRYSC .

The iPhone app also doesn’t show the addresses of the meets on the schedule. Folks who have Android devices have a much better experience and can see game locations and addresses. This is really helpful when the games are in a different place…like 2 hours away.
