My TV-Cast Chromecast Streamer Reviews

MyTVCastChromecastStreamer is 70% useless...it appears to not allow you copy files for casting (when I select cast video it requests access to my camera roll, as if that’s the place it expects videos for streaming are).

For Dropbox access it appears to work ok, but for Google drive, for som stupid reason defaults to a folder in the root folder where I keep my books, and doesn’t allow me access to the root. There are no videos in that folder, so I guess I’m supposed to put all of my files in that folder.

Finally, once a file is playing, the only way to skip through the playing video is to use the scrubber...I don’t even know if MyTVCastChromecastStreamer will play the next video after the end of the previous one.

MyTVCastChromecastStreamer has a settings button but when I press it and there aren’t any.

It is extremely misleading and for all of those that have chrome cast already we don’t want to be bombarded with 5 to 10 dollar upgrades in order to do anything worthwhile in your app.

Thanks for wasting my time and I guess you will waste others time and money unless you do us all a favor and immediately remove your app or actually let us know what we are downloading without all the fluff.

This comes in handy when you want to watch videos, or photos of your littles, or others to family members and friends. Also, lots of channels to enjoy your favorite tv show, movies they don’t play anymore.

Haven’t used MyTVCastChromecastStreamer for too long, but it works great when it wants to for casting. A little buggy with the screen-mirroring function, but that’s something they can easily fix down the road.

I love the new upgraded app which gives you the ability to stream from a website or just your phone's screen. Major bonus!

Chromecast makes it possible not to have an expensive gadget but instead use MyTVCastChromecastStreamer to watch things on the TV instead of the little phone screen

Chrome cast has always our best way to project what we like to see on a big screen and nothing can replace it ... we r glad we came across such a wonderful device.

Getting rid of cable and using Chrome cast has saved us almost $1000/year. Even better is the fact that our four kids aren’t fighting for control of the TV!

All the tv we watch is through our Chromecast. I don’t know what I would do with out it. I haven’t had one problem and pairing with my google mini was so easy.

I love chromecast so much. especially the new update where you can stream photos/videos and so much more. perfect for a family viewing on the big screen

Im pretty new to using MyTVCastChromecastStreamer , I’ve had the actual chromecast for a while but MyTVCastChromecastStreamer is new to me. The features it uses are killer though so far! Can’t wait to explore them more

I love chromecast. I’ll use it in rooms where I don’t have a box and I’ll take it with me to other places that have WiFi like hotels and family members homes and catch up on my shows.

I use it to cast my Dropbox clips and pics to TV. Plays HD clips great, but there’s no thumbnail preview of files choose what to cast or skip. Wish it could view my jpg files. No forward/skip button to the next file also makes MyTVCastChromecastStreamer not very user friendly.

More times than not, this gadget has been the answer to many “I wonder if I could do this” types of questions. Great price and excellent functions. Must have!

I thought I had a smart tv, turns out it was a dumber model, so I researched and found Chromecast. It is truly amazing what I can now see on my tv screen from my Iphone and/or Mac.
