Force Stop the Jumpr! App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Jumpr! app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Jumpr! app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
