You would think with the advances in technology they would have made this app more user friendly. Not allowing people to log into their accounts, which forces them to have to hurry and create a new account just to vote for a maximum 10 votes per day is highly inefficient. Not to mention all data is lost. So if you spent time diligently collecting hearts the right way, all the hard work was for nothing. Please consider updating the app to where it allows people to do a simple sign-in or provide a customer service number/email to assist with log in issues. I am not the only person with this issue but I hope I can be one of the remaining few

Is this actually an award show app? I knew these awards were scams but wow, seeing it in person like this is sad. You basically have to watch 40 ads to vote once, oh, but you can only watch 3 ads per 10 minutes. The alternative is buying items in random sites/apps for hearts that change to tickets. This has nothing to do with how good the group is, it’s about which fandom gives more money. Just sad

Worst app ever. They fraud almost all fandoms from there artist to receive an award by paying votes even though they were high in ranks when it came to voting and album sales. The app is rigged. They handed out awards before the voting was over. The artist that were high in the votings also sold well on there albums and had decent streams.
