this app is terrible 👁👄👁

the questionnaire at the beginning is so overwhelming and stressful. MoodMission ’s layout isn’t comforting and is so poorly made. tons of buttons don’t work. if you pay for the upgraded version MoodMission somehow gets WORSE. overall MoodMission is terrible and extremely unhelpful.

I love the idea of the app, but the app doesn't work

Great idea, but after taking the surveys some of the option buttons don't work. Please fix the bugs so I can use it to its full potential.

MoodMission is advertised as an app containing CBT exercises. It’s actually a series of quizzes that prompt you to do activities like “do butt kickers for anxiety” or “say I’m strong and I can deal with this.” Very disappointing

this app is a great tool for people who struggle with anxiety or depression - or even those people who are just stressed. MoodMission gives practical, easy missions that have been shown through research to combat negative thoughts and feelings. The new update fixed the bugs & MoodMission itself works great! Love this tool for mental health :)

Really helps

Really helped lower the anxiety and general depression that I feel sometimes. The missions really help me out with trying to get better. Of course it doesn't replace a professional but j think many pros should use his as a tool for their clients.
